The cap I purchased was good quality, I was not to pleased about paying for delivery but as it arrived the day after I ordered it I suppose it was worth it.

Ordered Golf Shorts Online with 118 golf, I didn`t Have Any Worries When They Would Arrive, Or If They Would Be Different Than What I Ordered, Because I Have Had Many Pleasant Transactions With Them Before.

I ordered a golf bag the 14th july 2014 in the early morning, they assured me that in 5/7 week days I would have had it.
After more 10 days I was forced to mailed them to know where it was. they were kind to answer me but after 2 other reply I was obliged to go to the UPS mail delivery because they deliver the parcel only in the morning (from 9 am to 12.30 pm ???). Who is at home in that period of time especially if you work ?? So I was forced to go where they are to get my parcel otherwise after 5 call they would have send back the parcel !!! I asked when I ordered the item to deliver it at my home in the early afternoon to be sure to receive it in time, but... . Think about this.

Ordered 2 wedges, glove and brush. Fairly good service. The brush was not exactly as pictured, it was missing a hole for attaching it to the bag.
I would prefer direct credit card payments over Paypal. Also when buying in Euros one has to take into account that the real price will be ~10% higher than expected thanks to Paypals poor exchange rates..

I called before I ordered online to check stock as I wanted it for my Sons Birthday. I was told stock was due later that day and I asked about paying for next day delivery and was told it would be sent out for next day anyway. there were companies more expensive and cheaper but I chose 118 because they had stock asap to send out.

Today which is 8 working days later and after 5 calls (staff were polite) each telling me stock was delayed, was due, and finally that the girls version was received instead! I have now been told it has been despatched and should be received tomorrow or Friday which will then be 9 or 10 days later....I'm holding my breath !

In many years of buying online it's been a long time since I've received such service and communication. I've lost all confidence in this company and as a result would never use them again or recommend them to anyone unless getting items in a timely manner wasn't a requirement.

Vouchers ordered opting for an e-mail delivery as needed for gift same or next day.

After PayPal payment cleared expected delivery but no sign, so after a few hours I e-mailed the customer services contact e-mail..... and nothing?
Next day telephoned and explained needed them urgently for a present to be told that according to their records the vouchers had been e-mailed already - asked them to confirm e-mail address and they correctly read back mine. A re-send was agreed and later the vouchers duly arrived.
HOWEVER - 2 days later I get an e-mail saying the 'goods have been despatched today'

The e-mail voucher system doesn't work so would suggest a re-think!

Ordered a driver which showed as in stock, and paid for next day delivery.
Got a call 24 hours later saying not in stock, asked if one could be ordered. £256 was still taken from my account though.
Got no futher info so chased up the order the following week. Was advised 3 times that the club had been despatched and would be with me the next day but it never was. Asked for a refund, was told twice that the refund had been processed but it wasn’t. Had to involve trading standards in the end and eventually got a refund nearly 3 weeks later.

Good product and service ok except for next day delivery. I ordered before 4:30, paid for next day it came another day later

Had a bit of trouble ordering on website for some reason but spoke too a gentleman on the phone "Sam" I think was very helpful talked me throu the website but wasn't working for me, he made my order for me had a tx next day saying it was dispatched....and couldn't believe it came in the afternoon, well pleased, needless too say my husband was very pleased with his suprise golf shirt...thanks golf 118 have used the website b4 & will def use them again, very helpful & was 1 of the cheapest on line for the same item...

nice price but I thought I may be getting a leather bag, it didn't say it was and it didn't say it was not it just looked that way in the pics. But over all its a nice bag.

I ordered a Titleist 913 D3 8.5 degree loft Driver with a Diamana Blue S+ 62 shaft on the Wednesday afternoon by telephone from 118golf.co.uk. I paid for next day delivery. The item duly arrived by UPS at 12:45 next day, but the shaft was a Black 72. I telephoned to point out the error and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Over an hour passed and I heard nothing so I telephoned again to express my disappointment at the poor service. Shortly thereafter I received a call to say the correct shaft would be sent out on next day delivery and I could just keep the incorrect shaft. I thought that was adequate compensation for not receiving the correct goods first time around.

Overall a good price, but I am left with no confidence in their despatch department to check that the goods supplied match the order on the despatch note.

User friendly website, value for money, prompt delivery, no messing about, would definitely use them again!
