i had been looking at golf karts for three weeks and decided to splash out on one of the better three wheeled non powered options. i chose 118golf as it was near the top and looked like a decent uk site.
the service was excellent as i wanted to check something and they were very helpful.
payment was easy and delivery was going to be after the weekend but not to worry. to my surprise it arrived on thursday morning just 2 days after i ordered it and the tracking email allowed me to see its progress throughout.
all in all a really top notch service and the kart was superb, looked a bit big when you first set it up but it is really sturdy and well balanced.

I ordered a new Nike Innovation golf shirt in silver and orange, received silver and lime green. Contacted them who agreed to send the correct shirt together with a returns pack. Received the shirt but no returns pack, which means I have to go out and buy packaging to send the other shirt back.

Not the best customer service

I recently ordered a pair of shorts for my father and waited no time at all for the delivery. I researched my prices and 118Golf were the best value for money by far.
I would definitely recommend this site.

I ordered a Mack Daddy 2, 60 degree, u grind, slate wedge. I received the first time a Mack Daddy 2, 60 degree, s grind, slate wedge. I had to send it back at the cost of £11.99p to myself, I was told they would send the correct wedge that I had ordered. I then received a Mack Daddy 2, 60 degree, s grind, chrome wedge, not only the wrong grind, but the wrong colour as well, I opened this while the delivery van was there this time and sent it back in the van. I have been offered a refund of the price of the wedge, but have been offered no renumeration for my postage. They did send me some golf balls, but I would rather have had the postage money back so that I could buy my own golf balls. Very disappointed in this company, and won't be dealing with them again.

I like to stay loyal to my pro but at a saving of £8 on a dozen balls it was impossible. Service brilliant, ordered the balls on Wednesday night and delivered on Friday morning, and that was standard delivery! I actually thought it might be to good to be true, but it wasn't!

I will be back as soon as I have lost my 24 balls!

Finally got a competitive deal on 118 Golf ! Still feel delivery could be quicker and maybe receive an e-mail to advise that the order has been shipped like some of your competitors...

Have ordered from this site before and never had any issues. However this time product arrived and wow, what a disappointment. Ordered a new driver, product arrived with the wrong shaft, the wrong head cover and no wrench which is supposed to come as standard with this product. E-mailed 118 golf Friday 18/07/2014 and have as of now 12:15 21/07/2014 received no response. Very disappointed, would be hopeful some attempt will be made to rectify the situation as in the past I have recommended their site to a number of friends.
