Good price but let down by after sale service
Good price but the customer service is poor,very slow in replying emails if they reply at all.Needs a lot of improvement compared to Amazon.If your looking for a good price go for them but if your after good customer service I will look somewhere else.At the end,I would like to also thank them that all my orders arrived in my doorstep finally.

Nothing short of perfect with a little help from Rory
I have tried a few online golf retailers and now won't look any further than 118. My last two purchases (Titleist Sta-Dry cart bag and Sun mountain Speedcart) have been 15% cheaper than anywhere else and believe me I have researched! 118 are always on a par with the best prices and their promotions when Rory won his majors made them a no-brainer.
On top of that, delivery was outstanding - free of charge next day!

Fantastic service, ordered a range of items, they arrived in 2 days. Received 10% off, two days later the discount went up to 15% off. Called 118 and they refunded the extra 5%. Highly recommended.

It never rains but it pours
Saw it worked keeping the clubs dry in the rain on friends bag and had to have one. Ordered on internet and arrived in couple of days, Now expect it will never rain again and could have saved the very reasonable cost!

Good and helpful but in stock time not in stock!
Ordered some shorts. Web said in stock but when ordered with some golf balls only balls arrived. Phoned and were helpful couldn't deliver in time so gave refund. Good customer service but wish out of stock items would be mentioned on web page

They do what they promise.
The website is well organized and it's easy to make a choice. Ordering is simple and paying too. After having ordered they send an email and others to inform you when to expect delivery. What you get is exactly what you have ordered and everything is safely packed so that nothing will get damaged. A couple of years agoI I also ordered several items and then too all was taken care of in an excellent way.

Perfect service perfect product
Found the website really easy to use, the pricing was good and the choice of product superb. Placed an order for my 2nd pair of DNA Footjoys (BTW The most comfortable shoe ever) and they were delivered as promised.
