Very good support. I had different issues with the Quote for WooCommerce plugin because I needed some special customizations. The support team assisted me very thoroughly and helped with every request. A big thanks to the support team.

Muddasir Hayat was very helpful! My issue was provided a quick solution.

I had recently purchased the WP EasyPay plugin for creating a membership renewal and payment form. Setting up the form and notifications was very easy and though its Live Payment mode worked right out of the box, I encountered a problem with getting the Test Payment mode to connect to Square. There was also a small glitch with a radio button group in the form.
When I contacted WPExperts support, I quickly received a response. After exchanging some additional info, Muhammad Usama Azad was able to fully resolve both issues. The WP EasyPay plugin works great and I'm really pleased with the prompt and professional technical support that was provided. Many thanks!

After a WP plugin stopped working properly for us after about 4 years, the support (Mr. Aqip Khan) still helped the next businessday. To solve the problem, a new free license was issued to us. Thank you very much!

They are so helpful and responsive. After using them for a year, my client bought lifetime licenses for two of their plugins! I want to give a shout out specifically to M Aqib Khan, who has been the support specialist extraordinaire, making sure we felt heard and knew that we were being taken care of. Top-notch service!
