Horrible customer service! Not only were my hoodies the worst logo quality ever but they shorted me one, never get back to me for days and days, said I can’t get the one missing if it was over a week delivered (I was in florida) they were extremely late delivering. (A month) and closed my case and denied because they think the logo wasn’t that bad. They still won’t send me the one I paid for. I will post this everywhere.

Your Customer Service Representative 'Ross' was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. He went the extra mile to make sure that my questions were addressed properly and quickly!
Also, I was so impressed with him that I asked if there was a survey that I could do to let the Company know the wonderful staff that it employs!! Thank you!!

Items arrived super quick. Had an issue with an item on my order actually being out of stock but Ross gave me a coupon for the value plus free shipping. When it was back in stock a few days later I was able to order my items.

Ross made the refund process quick and easy. His response to my email was answered in a timely manner and he was able to expedite my refund.

Ross was very helpful in rectifying the issues with my order.

From March to May 5th. While my order was not delivered as Purolator claimed, it was picked up and unfortunately none of the items were of either the previous quality or fit. The service received from Ross, however, was outstanding. He was quick to guide me to the return process and communicated professionally and with expedience. Five stars to Ross.

Edit: that being said, it’s been weeks since they’d promised a refund and are not reachable anymore. So think twice before ordering from Wordan!

I ordered t-shirts and requested a refund immediately upon receiving them on March 28. I returned the items the same day through a Purolator drop-off location. As of today, I still haven’t received my refund.

I’ve tried calling multiple times but couldn’t get through. I also sent several emails, which only get slow responses. I've been speaking with a representative named Christian, but no further action has been taken. It’s now almost a month, and I’m still waiting.

I’m very disappointed—especially since I’ve ordered from them before and purchased multiple shirts. The lack of communication and poor customer service this time is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to others.

I’m really looking forward to some action being taken soon to resolve this.

Placed an order with 300 pieces t-shirts, and only received 155 pieces. Sent email to customer service, tried to call and no response at all.

sent me a tee that had questionable brown stains on it, I am currently struggling to get any support or refund at all from them

Non-existent customer support.

I've emailed them on their Customer Support and Sales emails that is mentioned on their website and I have no response since 9 days.

First email was on 30 Dec 2024, flagging that the discount coupons they have advertised on the website are not working. - No response until now. I still proceeded with placing my order, trusting the brand.

Next email was on 2nd Jan 2024, after receiving my order with 1 defected piece. - No response until now.

On 3rd Jan 2024, I used the "Return Request" feature on my account orders section in their website to report the defected piece requesting a refund. Got an automated email about the request with ticket number. - It's 8th Jan, still no update or action or even a response about the defected piece.

Their competitors like Jiffy and Tsport respond to customer in less than 24 hours and put in effort to ensure the customer experience is positive.

I am posting here hoping someone from Wordans can see this and act on resolving their failure to delivery what was committed.

Malgré de nombreux échanges avec leur service client, l’entreprise refuse un remboursement intégral, se déchargeant sur leur politique interne. Le service est inadmissible, je déconseille fortement de commander chez eux si vous souhaitez éviter des litiges similaires

I had a terrible experience with Wordan's clothing company. My order, which totaled over $1,100, didn’t arrive on time, causing significant inconvenience. I attempted to cancel the order and sent multiple emails, but I received no response for weeks. When Christian finally replied, he claimed they didn’t receive a notification about my emails.

When the order eventually arrived (in four boxes), I requested to return it. Instead of making the process straightforward, they only sent two return labels and instructed me to consolidate the items into two larger boxes at my own expense. To make matters worse, they informed me they would deduct 20% of my refund amount as a restocking fee.

This company’s customer service is among the worst I’ve encountered. The lack of communication, the unhelpful return process, and the unreasonable fees make it clear they do not prioritize their customers. I cannot recommend Wordan’s.

Sent an email in regards to receiving a defective item. Ross was able to help me out and send me a replacement shirt without any problems. I really appreciate the help and customer service. Thank you

I ordered sweatshirts and one of them was defective. I emailed the company and Ross responded to my email in less than 24 hours. He was very helpful and assured me I would receive a replacement

Shirts showed up with the corners peeling on the transfer. Asked to have them remade… waiting and waited, then asked for a refund. Finally got my refund after 1.5 months.
