I ordered a toothbrush and medium-sized bed on April 6th and have still not received either product. The Company has horrible tracking which is barely updated, and their so-called customer service provides the same canned responses about COVD-19 causing slower shipping, borders, etc. It's now gone well past the point of logical explanations. Seems like an absolute scam. I am furious.

SCAM!!!!
I ordered the toothbrush in earl April when their”Ad” popped up on my instagram and i still have not received the item! When the Ad popped up again two days ago i decided to leave a comment with my concern only to find out today they have blocked me from their page! They are a SCAM company who claims to be based out of the US but are based in CHINA. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered in April no items yet
Ordered almost a month ago. Item says it shipped its still in China. Sent an Email have not heard back from them. Ordered April 26th, Supposedly Shipped April 28th still no product. Emailed them like they asked and they said sorry about the delays. Its still in China and no updated tracking since 5/25. Its now June 7th. They won't even give my money back. Definitely a scam.

Disappointed
I ordered two toothbrushes in April. Payment for the products plus an international service fee was deducted out of my checking account and still haven’t received my order. I never even received a confirmation email or tracking number. I just sent an email to the company and hoping to resolve this. I understand that the pandemic has delayed companies from operating in a normal level, but poor communication is no excuse!

Same issue as everyone else - Shipped from China
Same issue as everyone else. Shipment coming from China, 3 weeks no product yet. They don't have any indication on the website where the product is coming from and their estimates of shipping when you do go and hunt for it say *excludes customs/clearance times. So basically it could take months. I am fine getting something from across the world but I would like to know that when purchasing. Expectations are clearly deceiving.

I saw the ad from instagram and bought the tooth-brush two weeks ago. I still didn’t get my packages. I tracked the shipping number and it shows the package is from somewhere of China. Then I realized I got tricked! They just provide an Email Address for you if you have any questions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
