I too ordered the toothbrushes from Woofing 10 at the beginning of April and I keep getting this transit order that’s from FedEx smart something that it’s leaving LA but it never gets here. They have my address and phone number but will not provide their address or phone number. They have responded to a couple email saying it’s on the way. Do not order from this company. I do not believe I’m gonna get my $79 online order.

Ordered 4/8 and it’s 5/5 and no product. The tracking they sent was not from a reputable shipper. And it required me to agree to waive privacy to even track the shipment. They told me it’s shipped and taking longer. Very suspect and I’m thinking scam at this point.

Woofing10 is a SCAM/FRAUD.
I have ordered a product from Woofing10, paid for it, and waited for two weeks. The tracking number is still showing that it's in transit between Chinese cities, going back-and-forth (in the opposite direction, like in some kind of "loop"). After contacting the seller several times and trying to understand what's the issue, I have finally asked for a refund. And they answered: "Well, as your item is already shipped, we can not issue a refund, sorry". But what if this item will never arrive, as it's "stuck" in the infinite loop somewhere in China? SCAM/FRAUD. These people are basically collecting your money, and NOT delivering anything.
