Products never arrived. Ordered my stuff two months ago. Tracking number stalled in China and hasn't left there. Contacted company asking for a refund and the refused.

Ordered products from them on April 12, still haven't received them. According to the provided tracking number, the items never even left China. Be aware and do not purchase.

Edit: It is now July 14th and still no product. I reached out to the customer service for a refund but no response. I have purchased a few different items from Japan, Korea, and Germany in the meanwhile which all of them arrived within 2-3 weeks. Do not buy from this fraud company.

I ordered $95 worth of products two months ago. I contacted them and was told that because of the coronvirus my shipment would be delayed but it would come. That was another month ago. I am so disgusted I am going to report them to the Pa Attorney Generals Office. Horrible cusyomer service.

I echo the comments of previous reviewers who have labeled this company a scam. I ordered products from them on May 5 after seeing their ad on FB. When I complained that I had not received an acknowledgment of my order, they responded (a week later) saying that my order had been shipped and was in transit to my address in Canada. I filed a complaint with Paypal which was denied because they said they “received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered”! An outright lie.

We have tried a few toothbrushes for our small dog and this has been her favorite since she was a puppy. She loves the mint flavor, not a fan of the beef oddly. Like one of the other reviewers, unfortunately after a few months the bristles get worn down, probably because she is excited to get her teeth brushed and likes to chew on the brush while we're trying to clean her teeth. Be sure to rinse it off thoroughly or soak in hot water once a week because the toothpaste tends to get crusted in bristles. still recommended :)

Ordered over a month ago, no product. Thought I was supporting a Texas based company, per their website. However I was charged from Canada and according to their shipping tracker the product is in China. I reached out via email, phone, and social media. I was blocked by their Instagram company. I was never given a new shipping date (post the 20 days promised) nor was I offered a refund. My credit card company is investigating this. With everything going on in the world, one would think a company would step up and do the right thing. Sad.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered a product on 4/17 and have not received it. I have reached out repeatedly asking for a refund, and they continue to tell me it is in transit and I should wait longer. They provided a tracking number that says the product is in Shanghai Airport, and it has not been updated since 5/13. I do not believe this company has sent anything since I have received several products from China already that I ordered AFTER I ordered this one. While customs is taking longer with COVID, it is not at a standstill. DO NOT buy from them; their reviews are not real, I saw the SAME review under a similar product on Chewy.

EDIT: According to you, my order was fulfilled within 2 weeks which is fine; YOU sent me a tracking number that was being updated until the product got to Shanghai Airport. And it still hasn't been updated since (it is now 6/18/2020) while many other things I have ordered from China after that have had no issue getting here. I was rather patient, and brought this to your attention for weeks... Also, exploiting the situation with COVID is pretty gross.

I placed my order on April 30 and it is June 2 and I still haven't received the item. This company is scam. I never received a tracking number or email confirmation. The reviews on the Woofing10 website are copied and pasted from other websites. They are having people from the Philippines flood this website with positive reviews to drown out the negative reviews. Again, another sign of a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is the best pet toothbrush I've found for my dog. Most pet toothbrushes are too large and intrusive for my dogs. Finger brushes are terrible. They are too large to attempt to stick in my dogs mouth and the bristles seem too small and flimsy to effectively brush her teeth. But this brush is awesome! recommended

I would give this company 0 stars if Trustpilot would let me. I only hope you check this site before shopping with these thieves. They took my money more than 9 (updated from the original 6 when I first wrote this review) weeks ago and have repeatedly lied to me about the status of my shipment, only to get caught each time by the very tracking site they provided for me to track my shipment. That's how stupid they seem to think their customers are that they can lie that a shipment is on its way when it's not at all. And I've requested a refund three times over the past two weeks only to be ignored and assured that the package really was on it's way. So terrible customer service on top of being thieves. This company is a total rip off operation - do not risk your money with them. UPDATE: still no product or refund after 9 weeks. Still avoiding all responsibility

UPDATE #2: Now we're at June 19 - 19 days after the company's last response (May 31 - below) and a whopping 70 days since I ordered, and still no updates from the shipping company, let alone any product. This company continues to deny me a refund, and continues to lie in their responses saying it's already been shipped - when the shipping update is still "preparing to ship". AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!

I ordered and paid on April 27 and today is May 28, and it hasn't even been shipped!! I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and posting all over Facebook warning people to NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! ITS A SCAM!!

I placed my order 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. The company offers no help or solutions, they just told me to wait for updates from the shipping company. Its a total scam and they are a crap company. I should have just ordered from a big box store.

Ordered April 10 and still have not received my order at end of May. Impossible to track order. I won’t be ordering anything advertised on FB again!

Update: June 14th...and still no product.
