Very scammy. I unfortunately ordered the toy and it's so loud! and all of my 5 cats hate it! I contacted the company and they are not willing to refund despite the 30 day refund guarantee they have on their website👎. I read the reddit reviews too late 😢😢

I bought two of their products specifically because they advertise a "100% money back guarantee" on their website. I wasn't sure if my cats would like the toys or not, but at least this meant there was no financial risk involved.

My cats didn't like the toys, and when I asked to claim on this money back guarantee, I was told my only option was to post it to the US, at my own cost. Postage from the UK to the US is around £15, which is half the cost of the order. They offered a paltry refund of £6 instead of returning them, which on an order of £30 is offensive.

I have received nothing but smug & patronising smiley-faced emoji from the 'support' staff, who are refusing to pass my claim further up to a manager or supervisor.

There is absolutely nowhere on their UK website that mentions having to ship products back to the US if you want to return them, so I consider this to be misleading and false advertising.

As for the product itself, the Powerball is absolutely not as advertised. Even on the softest setting its incredibly loud - they recommend using it on a hard floor but this causes the ball to judder and smack the floor much louder than advertised, and in such an aggressive way that cats are terrified of it. The battery lasts less than a day.

I, like so many others, saw the PowerBall 2 advertised and thought it might be a good little toy for my cats. How wrong I was... We received the balls in a reasonable time, however, as soon as we started using them, it became apparent that these toys are not accurately advertised.

MAJOR FLAW 1: IT IS INCREDIBLY LOUD!

No, that is not an understatement! This toy is so loud, our cats don't come near it! The noise seems to stem from the inner ball rubbing against the outside shell. 100% not a toy you can leave on - it's far too loud!

MAJOR FLAW 2: CARPETS - NOT RECOMMENDED!

If you, like almost everyone else in the UK, have carpets, don't bother. Unless you put this toy in "Smart Mode" (or LOUD mode), which occasionally makes it bounce, it will just sit on your carpet whirring away to itself. We don't have deep pile carpets, just standard run-of-the-mill. When placed on the kitchen floor, it's so loud, the cats don't go near it. Yes, even in "Soft Mode"

MAJOR FLAW 3: 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Yes, they have a 30-day return policy, however, I have to ship it from the UK to the supplied US address. The shipment alone will cost more than the cost of the balls. I fully expect this is done for this particular reason, so no one can actually return the product.

In my opinion, it's significantly overpriced for what you get. My cats have much more fun with a piece of scrunched-up paper than with these "LoudBalls"!

So, this company now has my money, which is regrettable. Spending more money to try and get a refund is a futile exercise, as it will just be spending more than the toy is worth.

I only hope this may persuade other people not to part with their money!

Verkäufer hat beschädigte Ware aus China versendet.
Support reagierte erst als der Fall bei Paypal eskaliert wurde.
Der Verkäufer erstattet hier nur den Betrag falls die beschädigte Ware wieder zurück gesendet wird und zwar nicht nach China sondern in die USA. Auf den trackbaren Rückversandkosten bleibt der Käufer sitzen, die wesentlich höher sind als der Kaufpreis.

Ball macht meinen Katzen Angst , China Schrott , wieder einmal auf Werbung rein gefallen.

Rückversand ein Märchen , es muss in die usa , kostet so viel wie der Ball !

Ich finde den Ball laut und wirr und ganz fürchterlich. Eine Rücksendung ist nur möglich wenn man es auf seine Kosten an eine Briefkastenfirma in die USA schickt nachdem man 12 Tage auf ein Paket aus China warten musste. Was sagt uns das? Genauer lesen was man kauft. Für mich ganz klar der Kunde in Deutschland über den Tisch gezogen

Der Ball ist leider für unsere Katzen viel zu kraftvoll und laut gewesen. Meine Katzen hatten Angst anstelle Spaß zu haben was dieser Ball eigentlich verspricht. Daher habe ich mich dazu beschlossen, den Ball wieder zurückzusenden. Nach mehrmaliger Korrespondenz mit der Firma Wloom, die schon sehr langwierig war, haben sie mir endlich die Adresse für eine kostenpflichtige Rücksendung zugesendet. Paket wurde Frankiert, Ticket Nummer ins Paket gelegt, und per Einschreiben zurückgeschickt. Nach drei Wochen ohne Rückmeldung, habe ich Nachgefragt was denn mit meiner Rückerstattung sei. Der Kundenservice antwortete mir, es sei kein Paket da. Es ist nicht so, dass mein Paket nicht zugeordnet werden konnte. Ich habe die Bestellnummer, Ticketnummer, richtigen Adressen sowie SENDEVERFOLGUNG nachweisen können. Danach gingen bei mir alle Arlamglocken an. Kurze Kostenrechnung: der Ball kostet 25€ + der Rückversand von 3€. 28€ für die Katz. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es eine Masche der Firma ist. Die Adresse die mir zum Rückversand zugesendet wurde, war auch eine sehr schwammige… ich rate von dieser Firma ab, falsche Versprechungen von Produkt sowie schlechter Kundenservice. Einfach Abzocker die es anscheinend richtig nötig haben.

Unkooperativ bei Rücksendungen, teure Rücksendung nur in die USA möglich. Billigware!

Outrageous. Untrue the ball is quiet.
It’s a fraud. The ball is very heavy and loud. When I asked for the advertised money-back guarantee; guess what, the return is to the States despite their misleading advertising that it’s a London address. SCAM

Meine Katze ist von der Lautstärke des PowerBall 2.0 Produktes sehr verstört und schon fast verängstigt. Auf dem Teppich funktioniert der Ball überhaupt nicht und bleibt nur stehen. Ich rate absolut vom Kauf ab. Auch die Garantie ist ein absoluter Witz. Zuerst meldet sich über 2 Wochen niemand. Erst auf Hinweis mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen bekommt man eine Antwort, bei der erstmal unglaublich viel gefragt wird. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage habe ich dann endlich die Adresse für den Rückversand bekommen. Jedoch war das nicht wirklich erfreulich, denn man muss das Paket dann auf eigene Kosten in die USA schicken, was dann nochmal mindestens 12€ kostet.
Es wurde mir dann Alternativ eine Rückerstattung von 20% angeboten, die man dann ja, wohl oder übel, annimmt.

Der letze scheis ! Wie jeder andere China ball auch .

I ordered the Snack Bot twice, but they aren't working properly (cheap quality). In the past month, I tried to reach out to the customer service (e-mail, contact page on the website and social media) as I wanted to return the products. Haven't heard anything back from WLOOM. I honestly never experienced such bad customer service - it feels like they stole my money!

Der Ball ist extrem laut. Meine Katzen haben Angst davor. Der Tipp vom Kundenservice, ich soll ein Handtuch darüber legen. Nein, das Ding ist deshalb trotzdem noch laut.
Einfache Rücksendung? Fehlanzeige. Ich soll den Ball in die USA schicken, auf eigene Kosten. Mir wurden dann 20% angeboten, wenn ich den Ball behalte. Hab ich angenommen und ihn dann verschenkt. Was soll ich sagen, auch die Katzen haben Angst vor dem Ball. Hab ihn also wieder zurück bekommen.

Terrible. The Powerball is obviously a scam, the ads shown on their web & instagram are fake. The ball does not work, makes super loud noise and scares the cat away from it. When reaching out to support, they keep asking additional questions.

Currently waiting for return address but what I'd expect is them to provide some overseas one so the return isn't even worth it.

Update - was provided with the US return address, asked for EU one since thats what the law requires companies to provide. Failed to get one, took it to paypal and PayPal sided with WLOOM.

I'd never recommend buying anything from WLOOM and especially not using PayPal since they'll just side w em.

Ich habe dieses Spielzeug nur zufällig entdeckt und dachte es wäre die perfekte Beschäftigung für meine kleinen Flausch Tiger. An den ersten Stunden waren alle meine kleinen Engel sehr skeptisch gegenüber dem Ball, nachdem ich die langsame Einstellung aktiviert hatte, haben sie sich mehr und mehr dafür interessiert und ich höre es jeden Tag das sie damit spielen. Es freut mich wirklich sehr dieses Produkt für meine Fellnasen gekauft zu haben und ich weiß das sie ihre Freude daran haben. Außerdem lässt sich das kleine Bällchen auch schnell wiederfinden durch die auffällige Farbe.

1 Stern 🌟 bekommt bei mir der freundliche Mitarbeiter im Email Kontakt der stets versucht korrekt zu bleiben. 0 Punkte bekommt die gesamte Reklamation. Meine Katze spielt nicht damit. Und ich muss es in die USA schicken und die kosten selbst tragen obwohl 30 Tage Rückgaberecht. Solche Gauner.. oder ans Tierheim spenden als Alternative..

Produkt ist okay, aber das 30 Tage Rückgabe Recht ist ein Witz.

Meine Katze konnte leider gar nichts mit dem Wloom anfangen.

Man muss das Ding dann nur leider bis nach Amerika auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden oder sich mit 20% Erstattung zufrieden geben.
So viel zum Thema Zufriedenheitsgarantie.
