Although I am a relatively new watch enthusiast I recently met with Will at Wiseman's watches to discuss two pieces he was offering for sale that I had been interested in. Will is a young, knowledgeable, driven, professional who is passionate about watches. He invited me to visit his offices where I could view and try the pieces. He gave me as much time as I needed and helped me with the history of the items and the brand (Panerai) that I was interested in. He also showed an interest in the watch I was selling and gave me advise on pricing, photography and advertising.
After I left his premises he followed up on some questions that I had and communicated the answers back to me in a timely and accurate manner. During a second visit I completed a purchase and the process was as smooth as you like and with plenty of detailed documentation relating to the transaction. Will has also gone above and beyond to assist me in the sale of my other watch. Overall dealing with Will has been an absolute pleasure and the quality and condition of his stock is superb. I have absolutely no trouble in recommending anyone to work with Will if you are looking for a luxury or classic watch and you place importance on the quality of item, the service and the overall experience.

Will quoted for purchasing three watches from me and after inspection of the watches paid the price as quoted without quibble. A good company to do business with with no unexpected surprises. Highly recommended.

I first saw the ad for this watch online. Contacted Will, and the communication was friendly, clear, and forthright from the start. The watch I got was a limited edition, and came with all of the pertinent documents and proof of provenance.

We made a special trip to Winchester from Portugal to meet Will and finalize the sale. We were not disappointed! The e-transfer went very smoothly, and we left Will’s shop as the happy owners of a great timepiece!

Mr. Will himself looked after me for my wedding watch. I have always wanted a Jaeger-LeCoultre since I was about 5 years old, and so I thought the best option would be the reverso. Will had available the most appropriate choice I could have ever imagined. A Burgundy, monoface tribute small seconds edition, which is perfect on all counts. Burgundy was my granddads favourite colour so it can honour him, in addition the reverse side has a blank steel canvas for me to get a special wedding engraving done by JLC themselves. Will was fantastic and helped me out a little with the price so more could go towards the engraving. The watch is in perfect condition from what I can see, the box is a little scuffed - but it’s just a box..
Will also sent amazing updates along the way, a Timelapse of the watch getting boxed up and even a photo of the watch at the post office with the special tracked delivery sticker on it ready to go.
Pretty much faultless on all counts and I will for sure be back for the next big occasion timepiece. Thank you Will, for helping me get my absolute dream watch.
