I recently bought a beautiful vintage watch from James, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the start, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. There was a small issue but James immediately stepped in to make it right, his communication was excellent, and he resolved everything faster than I expected. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days.I absolutely love my watch and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from James again. Highly recommend!

Great experience
From start to finish, the guys at Chase-Hattan were great to do business with. They were quick to reply to my initial enquiry, James was welcoming when I showed up to view the watch, and at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Overall a great experience.

I bought through their website as I’m based in the Channel Islands and can’t fault the customer service. I was contacted by James from the sales team within an hour and had the watch a few days later. I has excellent communication from James throughout. Great service and great products.

Could not have asked for more from James. I reached out about a watch I had seen on someone else’s intsagram. James went and found it for me, sent lots of images and videos, and packaged the watch up for next day delivery.
It was really a fantastic buying experience.

Incredible collection, great knowledge
We bought a His and Hers set to celebrate our son's birth and couldn't be happier with the process, the pricing and the experience of the team, specifically James who we spoke with. Cleaned up the watches, put fresh batteries in and did the modifications as a priority when we were short of time leaving London. We'll definitely be back to look over the collection again.

I contacted James regarding the sale of my vintage omegas. From the start he was great with communication, made the best offers and followed through with the process very swiftly. Will definitely chose Chase Hattan again and looking forward to vising them in person when in London.
