As usual Will goes that extra ‘yard’ on ensuring great Customer service / experience.

We had a last minute cancel for an on premise look / assessment; so to atone Will sent the watch to my home, by express courier, delivery being two days post the cancellation - with no obligation to buy and affording the time to research said watch.

I view this recent acquisition, my 4th from Wiseman’s, a unique watch in excellent condition and very good market value.

Exceptional service from start to finish from Will at Wiseman's Watches. Everything about the transaction was 5* plus. The watch was exactly as described, if not better. Delivery was super fast and the items were so well packaged. Will is professional, friendly and personable and his communication was spot on, every question answered quickly. Perfect throughout.
