Purchased a watch as a gift via a recent specialist auction at William George. Registration and payment were really simple. Contact with the seller was excellent. All in all, a very easy and enjoyable experience.

I would again like to thank Sarah for sorting out my complaint. I have not received the toilet but I have now had the money back in full. This has not been a good experience for my first time buying from an auction site. Hopefully if I do buy again it will be an easier process. Used to ebay but this is much more fun!! William George auctions (online) is great to use and there are some excellent bargains to be had. Just a word of warning, the added buyers premium, VAT etc and potentially delivery cost will in most cases cost more than the lot itself. make sure you include that into your calculations.

Having received my pallet with major items missing was the best way to experience my first time buying with WG (LW).

I am an old hand at auctions, but have just done my first purchase at William George. I must say that the whole experience is a league above the usual auctions. all very streamlined and efficient, and fully embracing technology to the customer's advantage. However, more than anything, their customer service is excellent. I needed to radically change delivery instructions ahead of Xmas and they were only too happy to oblige. Highly recommended, and Sarah deserves a special mention.
