Amazing service
I purchased 2 wedding dresses and 4 prom dresses recently at auction. The whole process was slick from start to finish.
As soon as the auction was over my invoice was issued and I asked for postage. I explained I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind waiting till the shipping was sorted.
It was at this point that the staff came into their own esp the fabulous gentleman I dealt with. He went out of his way to get the dresses to me and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The dresses arrived in fantastic condition, everyone nicer than the previous.

Great customer experience
Great customer experience, from navigating the website to the payment process once you've successfully bid. Seamless. The seller of my lots was prompt and clear in his communications AND I received the goods a day earlier than expected. I will certainly use WG's services again.

Got sold an absolute load of rubbish at online auction that could not be viewed when I complained they actually agreed with me on some of the items and offered a refund. This turned out to be a waste of time as months down the line and numerous complaints I have still not received any refund and no they aren’t even responding to me

Following on from Diabolical, misleading service some of the responses…
Following on from some of the responses below the service of this company is diabolical to say the least. They produce pictures for auction that clearly show no damage to items until you pay and receive them which is a breach of the trades description act. I received an item that was clearly badly damaged and did not appear on the photoshopped auction picture. Buyers especially of furniture items beware this company cannot be trusted based on the above. Also their recommended delivery service advised me they wouldn’t accept the products that were thrown onto a pallet

I dealt with your concerns myself and worked tirelessly with the vendor to try and bring about a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, when the pallet was rejected and you removed some of the items. It made the resolution much more difficult.

Today they had an a auction of Ratten…
Today they had an a auction of Ratten Furniture. The style & seize of the Ratten Furniture I wanted they had from memory 10 lots. They did have four different styles of furniture. The opening bid had to be £400. So I bid £475 although the other 9 lots where still £400 I was outbid (£500). So I bid on another lot £450 and although the other 8 lots where still £400 my bid on lot 8 was outbid. Although I bid again on another lot £450 I was again outbid yet there were still lots of the same Ratten Furniture at £400. The reserve on each of my bids had not been reached. Suspicious - yes obviously something going on. To me it makes sense to bid on the lot which currently has the lowest price not on the lot that already has a bid on it. Odd to say the least.

I myself dealt with your enquiry and would like to reiterate that there was absolutely nothing suspicious in this or any of our auctions. Our customers often wish list a lot and focus on that single lot. In an auction like this where there are several identical lots, they would not bid over several lots when the one they are bidding on has still not hit reserve. It would be pointless!
I appreciate your comments but they are not at all accurate and do not portray our company as the honest, trusted company that it is.
