Hi Mish just saw your reply to my review on trust pilot. For starters it may have been written in your shipping policy but I am sure my daughter asked you on chat when she placed the order when the items would be received and u told her 4 weeks (plus minus few weeks) but DEFINITELY NOT 5 MONTHS. Secondly u are a small business and yet you took our hard earned money and the items delivered to date were a fraction of the $value ordered approx. $3,600 and items delivered after 4months approx. $600. Lastly after numerous emails back and forth to my daughter you initially said all the items were delivered. But my recent communication here with you u said the last two items are in transit. The trust pilot review was done prior to my chat with you. Hence I did not know it was in transit. So I am asking you again PLEASE CONFIRM ASAP if the items will be delivered by mid OCTOBER as indicated by you earlier in this chat and u will personally ensure this has been delivered to Perth. Thank you. Please advise ASAP. If the outstanding $3k items are not received by mid October as advised by you earlier, I will put another review advising of all of the above. The options are either full refund. Or another review along with a formal complaint with consumer protection. Thank you

Hey lovely u can track the items in the shipping above! As they are coming by boat it is hard to foresee the delays as they have happened until now but we are doing our best and I personally am staying on top of it x

One of the worst worst places to buy from. My daughter ordered her items four months ago. Convinced us parents they were a small business in Melbourne and asked us to support. We agreed as it is good to support small business. Biggest mistake ever. Mish(only just got the name from a recent email with my daughter) was sweet as SUGAR whilst my daughter was ordering. It all changed almost immediately as soon as the order went through. The items came in piecemeal(which btw was not mentioned on the website and it now makes sense why delivery is free worldwide) and sadly not even to a good standard. Even Kmart and the $2 shop is better. Unfortunately the most expensive item which my daughter was so excited to buy $2,450 for a so called biscuit mirror on their website to be exact has not yet arrived. Mish wrote to her a few days ago saying it has been delivered. How can it be delivered with no tracking reference and no information that it is in the process of being delivered. What a useless person who owns this business and who also is a LIAR and ROBBER. Along with my poor naive daughter, I too also have tried to reach out numerous times with no response. Went on their online chat and as soon as started querying this they stopped responding on the chat. Such are these people. So please dear customers who get conned by their website and tempted to buy please REFRAIN and DO NOT BUY and spend your precious hard earned money on items from here. It is a DODGY site. U will pay for the items supposedly but sadly you will NOT RECEIVE your items. I will now be making a formal complaint and WILL NOT STOP till this is resolved and we get a refund.

Received item after a ten week wait. I’d given up hope of it turning up so I was relieved when it did. Was shipped direct from China which I don’t think is made clear on the website. Was shipped folded and yet to get the fold marks out but moderately happy with quality and how it was depicted in photos was pretty true. I had a wishlist of other items to purchase but unfortunately my experience with this transaction hasn’t made me confident enough to shop here again.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Everything on this website is available on Ali Express for much cheaper, just order direct. The quality is terrible also, and I’d bet all of these positive reviews are written by the same person… This company operates as a drop shipping business, essentially a middle man of Ali Express, I’m guessing that’s why the tracking numbers I was provided never worked and why my order placed on May 12 never arrived. Suggest making a complaint to the consumer affairs ombudsman.

ordered a carpet and some candle vases. they came wrapped up decently and the carpet makes my joint look jazzy. would order again

It has been over 4 months and Mish has failed to send my order. She keeps saying generic things like “checked with the warehouse and it’s on its way” but fails to provide a tracking number. The shop app she uses says “order placed”. Nothing is in transit and I’m so tired of being lied to. I have asked over 7 times for a refund. She has now stopped replying to my emails.

Stop stealing people’s money. Send them what they have paid for or close your business.

Mish has been responsive, but a warning for anyone shopping here they do not provide tracking and you will be left in the dark, despite promises that it’s coming or the tracking will be provided - it never is. So if you need it urgently do not order from here.

Please do not shop here! We ordered a rug in May, and there was no tracking or update on the item whatsoever. We went back and forth with the owner over the course of 6 weeks, who continued to change the reasons for the delay (first she wasn't even sure if the rug was made yet when she spoke to my partner, then she told me it was due to an issue with creating the tracking codes? and then it was that the links for the tracking don't work).

They also said because we ordered a "custom" product, it was going to take longer to ship, however, nowhere on their website did it say the rug was custom.

This whole time, the order status remained as "ordered" on the Shop app they use.

It was pretty much impossible to get a response from anybody towards the end of our saga, until I commented on several of their social media posts. Even then, it was the usual response of "its on the way, sorry for the delay". We ended up going into the actual store, where the assistant provided us with a full refund, apologising for the whole experience. The whole saga lasted almost 2 months and was incredibly frustrating.

I have never had such an unempathetic, drawn out shopping experience. At no point were we offered a solution, and my numerous requests for transparency were completely ignored.

Ich habe am 11.05.23 zwei Vasen mit einer angegeben Lieferzeit von 21 Tagen bestellt. Am 09.06.23 habe ich das erste mal den Verkäufer kontaktiert, da ich keine Lieferung erhalten habe. Es hieß, es gäbe Lieferschwierigkeiten und und ich wurde um Verständnis gebeten. Ich habe nach wie vor keine Tracking Nummer. Von deren Seite wurde überhaupt kein Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen. Ich habe nach einer Gutschrift gefragt, alles wurde abgelehnt. Heute, nach insgesamt 90 Tagen und unzähligen Kontakzversuchen meinerseits habe ich gebrauch vom Paypal Käuferschutz gemacht und mir das Geld rückerstatten lassen.

This is my response to Wilder Homes. Kate Calagan is absolutely correct. This has also been my experience. Please do not believe the placating reply from Wilder. They just keep lying and saying the item has been sent and is on the way. But they cannot tell you when to expect it and refuse to send tracking. And 3 months has gone by since they said it was “sent”. They are stealing money from trusting individuals and are very clever in their marketing, and tone of faking sincerity in their emails. The positive reviews are clearly false ones. Once again, warning everyone to STAY AWAY.

This is my response to wilder homes response to my review. I have been emailing you guys for a refund, but no reply. Stop lying to people and telling us that our item “is on the way”. Refund people their money, and either shut down your scam of a company or do better on fulfilling people’s order.

It seems to me you don’t understand the anger and disappointment you’ve caused on others. Myself and others chose to invest in your company through the impressive marketing, but was met with disappointment as you have basically stole a number of people’s money.

This company is a scam!
I’ve order a lamp 2 months ago and I have no information about it! When I ask for an update she asks for my order number and then stops replying! I asked for a refund several times and never got any answer!
She should be reported!

I ordered in May and my order has still not arrived and it’s September.

Wilder Home’s service is terrible and they aren’t able to provide a time frame for my order or any tracking information. I have requested a refund but they are no-longer responding to my email.

The reply below from Wilder Home is consistent with other updates I have had, they have still not provided tracking. While shipping issues may have been beyond their control the lack of communication was not. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Any good review you read here is fake, what a joke! Order items months ago, never arrived, customer service is shocking! Refused requests for a refund multiple times. Eventually a parcel came from China, missing half my items. SCAMMERS. Do not buy from here and do not believe the “happy customer” reviews. Reported to the ACCC. I recommend others do the same.

Don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered and then nothing but Hello Darling responses. No item, no updates on my item. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
WOW Nice response but I’ve been sending you emails and chats and all other means of messages and you are full of rubbish. You do not respond to any of them. The only thing I want from you is a full refund immediately.

Purchased a lamp on marketplace from mishk who was great at the start with her response time and once I transferred her my money she was extremely hard to reach. I was told I would receive my lamp in 8-10 days and after 10 days I messaged her again but no response and it has been like this for weeks. I wasn’t even provided with a tracking number, I knew I was getting scammed right away. After a few weeks I got impatient and drove to their store in St Kilda to see if I could get a tracking number. The employee there was so lovely and helpful and did the best that she could and told me the item had been shipped and I left thinking I would get my lamp soon. I have tried to contact Mish and even dmed the company’s instagram but no response. Today I went back in store and the employee told me the lamp hadn’t been shipped yet which contradicted everything she said originally she then tried to contact her boss on what to do but she wasn’t replying to her so the lovely employee gave me a cash refund thankfully but also a shame because I really wanted the lamp. Lesson learnt, do NOT purchase from this company.

Ils répondent qu ils sont débordés que votre commande est leur priorité, mais lorsqu au bout du quatrième e-mails vous demander un remboursement, bizarrement plus de réponses.
Un site, un Instagram bien tenu et une sélection alléchante mais attention!

ARNAQUE !
Commande faite pour une table d'une valeur de 296 € il y a 6 mois, toujours aucunes nouvelles. Après plusieurs demandes pour savoir où est mon colis ( car aucunes nouvelles de celui-ci ) Ils m'ont envoyez au bout de 4 mails et 3 mois d'attente un suivi qui est un FAUX !

Des réclamations de remboursement ont été demandé sans aucuns résultats.
j'ai compris que je ne recevrais jamais mon colis et je ne serai jamais remboursée...
À l'heure actuelle je n'ai toujours encore aucunes nouvelles de ma table car bien-sûr ils ne répondent plus à mes mails.

Je suis attristée et choquée de cette mauvaise expérience...
Voilà comment je me suis faite arnaquer !

Ne vous fiez pas à la réponse donnée sous mon avis, c'est totalement faux ( j'ai tous nos échanges par mail )
Je n'ai aucun colis qui "m'attend malheureusement depuis des semaines" ( d'ailleurs pourquoi dire "vos colis " sachant que ce n'est qu'une table ?🤔 ) que le suivi qu'ils m'ont envoyé est faux, que sur votre site le statut de la commande n'a jamais évolué depuis l'achat.
À l'heure actuelle il est d'ailleurs marqué sur le faux suivi qu'il est à " Budapest" ( preuves par photo ) nous sommes le 06/09/23.
Effectivement il peut m'attendre longtemps à "la poste" sachant que je réside en France 👍 ( d'ailleurs des " la poste " en France il en existe des centaines comment ce fait il que je n'ai pas d'information plus précise sur celle-ci ? La poste d'où ? Qu'elle rue ? .... ah c'est vrai... si j'avais eu un VRAI suivi j'aurais effectivement récupéré mon colis... encore faut-il qu'il existe....)

I've ordered two rugs, but it's been 1,5 month and there seems to be no progress. I've contacted them multiple times, just to get an update, however they have just stopped replying both through email and Instagram. I doubt whether I will receive them.

Never received my order. Sent several emails to follow up and was told they had a "glitch" in their system, preventing them from giving me a tracking number. I was promised that my order would be followed up. After 2 months of back and forth which ended in emails not being replied to, I filed a dispute with my bank.

Received a reply on trustpilot but no reply to emails/no update on my order but bank was able to refund me.

I made an order in may and still haven’t gotten it… that claimed that it were delays at first but haven’t answered my email in two weeks now.
