Phone calls messages direct you to another number and none are answered.
No goods received.

I purchased a green glass apple ornament in around August last year. Never showed up. I have emailed twice and messaged countless times on Facebook messenger and Instagram and they refuse to even look at the messages. Everything was fine until I paid and then there has been ZERO contact since. Extremely poor customer service. One star review is being generous.

Didnt recieve my poster. They responded the first time but no action was made. Then I was ghosted. Havent received either poster och money back.

Ordered the murano lamp, which came highly recommended from friends. The lamp came after 3 weeks and with a black cord, instead of a white (as it was pictured with white, all photos on the website and Facebook are as well). Instead of offering any reasonable assistance they said I have to return it and said if it breaks they won’t replace it or refund. Very poor experience. Do not order from here!

Do not purchase from this organisation. I paid $400 for a rug on 4th November and I still do not have it (three months later). The organisation cannot give me tracking information, an expected delivery date or a refund. I believe the organisation is a scam and you can find many stories like my own where items either never arrived or were extremely poor quality. I email them following up and the same thing happens where they say they have checked and it’s been dispatched and they will get me tracking information and then I do not hear from them. This has happened multiple times.

Ordered a coffee table on 10th Dec 2023 (“Order #16143 confirmed”) and now 2 months later, still no updated tracking number or meaningful updates on ETA despite sending multiple emails to follow up. Have also tried calling the mobile number listed on their website but goes straight to voicemail. Extremely frustrated and like many others here who left 1 star reviews, wish I had steered clear of this “store”. I will be reporting a consumer issue via the ACCC but not hopeful about getting back the $524 that was spent.

Have not received order and they have stopped replying to my emails. obviously a scam site.

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Ich warte nun seit über einem halben Jahr auf meine Bestellung und auf meine Emails bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr … Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht und hoffe inständig mein Geld auf irgendeine Weise zurückzubekommen.. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Order took 3 months to arrive. Seems to be very low quality. Customer service was great until I had paid. Estimated deliveries are completely arbitrary. I made a second order on December 12 for a Christmas present. Today is January 30 and it is yet to arrive.
Save your time and money. Shop elsewhere.

Ich habe am 30.9 eine Bestellung von über 220€ aufgegeben. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Auftrags-/Sendungsnummer. Ich habe diverse Mails mit dem Kundenservice ausgetauscht - ich wurde dauernd geghosted. Erst nachdem ich mit einem Anwalt gedroht habe, erhielt ich die Info, das Paket sei auf dem Weg zu mir. Heute ist der 29.01 und bisher kam nichts an. Dieser Laden ist eine absolute Frechheit!!! ABSOLUTER SCAM! Ich erhalte keine Antwort vom Kundenservice - ich denke ich werde meine Sachen niemals sehen und mein Geld erst recht nicht. Unfassbar.

Its a scam, Products never arrive.

Do not spend money on the company!! Their communication is terrible! They lie to you about the delivery! They're rude and not helpful at all AND I just got an email saying they will take down my review because I didn't write enough ahahaha what a joke!!! Honestly don't know how people like this exist!! Rude and a waste of space on this earth ahaha the company should honestly just shut down, seeing as they've scammed so many people!!

Seems like I’m like everyone haven't received tracking number or my items in full and requested a refund and no response. Ordered in December 4 plates and only received one.now just got an email saying delivery driver attempted delivery.
But wouldn’t the courier company send you this and not wilder homes ?
Complete scam and I will be taking this further so this business doesn’t continue to operate.

Ordered a bowl on 22 November.

No bowl. No tracking. No response. No refund.

Unbelievable that my emails are being ignored from the company that I’ve had to resort to posting here.

Total scam. My brother purchased a rug and another item. They won’t refund him- even though it never arrived. They most recently sent him something saying “flight departed earth” as a shipping notification. He is a nurse and doesn’t have a lot of money. This is devastating and the worst of humanity. Do NOT spend a dime here.

I ordered my rug early September. Since then I have been asking for updates on where my order is, and she says she is ‘checking and will provide an update asap’… nearly 5 months later still absolutely nothing. No rug, and no shipping update. Absolutely shocking customer service, all they do is avoid your questions and bluff. Never seen anything like it. I’ve been reasonable the whole journey, but now it’s got to the point where I’ve had to take it up with fair trade. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If I am not getting my rug, I want my money back. Wondering if it really is a scam as other reviews seem to indicate.

Ordered over 1 month ago. Didn't receive any product, the product has not been shipped yet, they refuse to cancel the order and also stopped replying to my e-mails.

Placed an order on November 17 and still haven’t received any shipping updates. Have emailed a fair few times now without hearing back but of course they were happy to take more money when I wanted to increase the size of my rug. They’ve told me it’s been shipped but given me no tracking number nor replied to any emails.

Fraudulent company - steer clear.

A number of issues with this company.

1. As many customers before me have said, Wilder Home will take your money and the items will never get shipped and there is no tracking provided.

2. Mish pretends to be trying to help at the start but months go on and she never does anything except pretend the check with the courier service.

3. Website states against law that refunds will only be given if the item is unused IN ITS BOX unopened! And for a store credit not actually money! How can anyone know, on the off chance they do receive an item, that something is wrong if it’s unopened?

4. Represents itself as a small Aussie business but is just drop shipping from a cheap Asian warehouse.

5. Is deliberately uncontactable via phone - the listed number doesn’t work.

6. Deliberately avoids being reviewable as she knows she is scamming. Sets up the Facebook page so it isn’t as a business (can’t be reviewed) doesn’t have a Google business (because that would mean reviews) - hence why everyone has come here to warn others because there is no other way! That’s not a mistake. Blocks and deletes any negative commenters.
