Just took the money, didnt receive anything,

I bought a product january 26th - still havent received it. I have been in contact with them once, and they promissed to ship it.
Its still not shipped- and its now 14th of march- and they dont respond to mail or on insta!!!

I would honestly give this business 0 stars. Do not buy from this business! They will charge you and then not send the items! Been well over a month since I placed my order and still haven’t received anything. Asked for evidence that the items have been dispatched or my money to be refunded multiple times to which I have been ignored despite them uploading new Instagram content. My comment on their Instagram post asking for my money to be refunded has been deleted. From reading the other reviews, Wilder-Home is definitely a scam and needs shutting down.

Le deuxième article commandé, à savoir la lamp smiley ne figurait pas dans ce colis et je vous ai adressé plusieurs e-mails à ce sujet tous sans réponse de votre part. Aussi vous êtes d’une mauvaise incroyable de dire que j’aurais reçu mon colis il y a quelques temps. J’ai reçu un article sur deux le 18 mars et depuis vous ne répondez toujours pas à mes e-mails !! Je vous prie de me livrer le second article manquant sans délai.

I´ve been writing on instagram and mail, they ignore me. It´s almost a month and the lamp I ordered has not arrived, the page says it has not been shipped. I´m really disappointted about it because I really wanted the lamp, but in this moment, I think they should refound me all the money. The order is #16612

SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER

Placed an order for phone cases on 1st Jan and have still not received my order 3 months later. Had initial emails back and forth with ‘Misha’ but seem to be automated and not getting any actual answers & finally no responses. Have asked for tracking a million times and they were never able to provide proof it was ever shipped. They say it is on track according to warehouse tracking but if it was on track it surely cannot be 3 months shipping?! My order status on their online store also has never updated to shipped. Tried Instagram but got an automated response there too and once gave my order #, no reply. Terrible communication, not real person and a total SCAM.

UPDATE: I finally received my lamps on April 3. Almost 3 months later. They were drop shipped from China. One was broken when it arrived. Hopefully I'll get a refund. Not hopeful though. Wish me luck.

Same as everyone else. I purchased 2 lamps in January. When I followed up in Feb I was given an excuse they were busy and they would ship them right away. Then proceeded to follow up the last month and was told they were shipped, but no tracking number. I requested a tracking number but they ignored my request, multiple times. I then asked to cancel my order and they agreed only to come back the next day and tell me they couldn't cancel the order as they were already on the way. I asked for a tracking number again but haven't received a response back.

Given everyone else has had a similar experience I'm sure I won't get my items. I've also reported them to the ACCC, my bank and Scamwatch in Australia. I'd recommend everyone else do the same so no one else gets burned.

**You've had a major overhaul of your website? Why continue to lie? First it was you were too busy then there was just a bunch of sorry-s with no explanation and now this? If you are a dropshipper, that's cool. Just be honest about it and be transparent with delivery times and what is actually happening. Since that is not happening I can only assume you are not a dropshipper and are in fact a scam site as you will not provide any response to my request for an updated timeline or a tracking number. I was in contact with you up until February 29, where you had my order number. I have not heard back from that email... until now. Please people, don't order from this website. There are plenty of other places to order from, that have an ABN or protect you, note this site does not do either. Heck, actually just go straight to AliExpress, I wish I had, at least they protect you if things go pear shaped.

Placed an order 4 months ago and still haven’t recieved. Initially they replied to an email with excuses like their “shipping tracking numbers have had issues”. However never sent any tracking number. Following a first response they are now ignoring all emails from me. Asked for a refund and as expected no reply. Literal scammers taking money and not supplying any product.

First online store I’ve ever been “scammed” by. Disgusting.

Have reported to ACCC to investigate them for fraud. Encourage everyone else to do the same so this business can be shut down.

I made a purchase 4 months ago and am yet to receive it. Initially they seemed interested in helping with my inquiries, but I haven’t heard anything from them in weeks - including Instagram, email and phone.

Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time.

ADDIT: why is it that you reply to your reviews, but won’t reply to any of my emails or Instagram messages?

Placed an order 2 weeks ago which has not been despatched (despite website saying 1-5 days). No emails since payment confirmation. I have tried contacting several times and not received a response.

A month after placing my order I received an email to say the order has been cancelled at my request (not true), so the previous reply about the order having been dispatched was clearly a lie.

After encountering an advertisement on Facebook, I was prompted to order a product, which seemed promising at the time. Upon completing my purchase on January 16th, I received a confirmation message stating that my item had been shipped. However, much to my dismay, the product has yet to arrive.

As an Australian customer, my experience has been tarnished not only by the delay but also by what I perceive as inadequate customer service and a lack of transparency from the website. This situation has unfortunately impacted my plans negatively, leaving me without the product for an important event.

In reflecting on this ordeal, I would caution potential customers to consider my experience as a testament to the challenges I faced with this company, highlighting concerns around reliability and customer support. Do not buy from this company.

Zelfs 1 ster is te genereus. Mijn ouders bestelden voor mijn verjaardag een tapijt bij Wilder Home. Tot op vandaag nog steeds niets ontvangen. We worden continu de mond gesnoerd met het bericht dat het pakketje in transit is, maar dat er iets mis is met de tracking code. We hebben dus nog steeds geen degelijke update ontvangen. Communicatie verloopt zeer onregelmatig. Bij enige weerstand van onze kant uit, krijgen we geen reactie meer. Een collega van mij bestelde rond dezelfde tijd een paar lampen. Eentje kostten per stuk meer dan 100 euro en ze ontvingen na maanden wachten een grote teleurstelling via de post : De afstandsbediening was volledig in het Chinees (probeer daar maar eens wat van te begrijpen) en de lamp zelf was uiterst onstabiel. Kwaliteit beneden alle peil dus! Rechtstreeks van AliExpress. Ook mijn tapijt heb ik teruggevonden op Shein voor minder dan de helft van de prijs. Deze vrouw is dus een oplichtster in hart en nieren. Ik begin meer dan mijn geduld te verliezen met deze zogenaamde onderneemster. Ze troggelt geld af van mensen die vertrouwen stellen in haar en sust iedereen steeds hetzelfde excuus. Stel dus geen vertrouwen in deze vrouw. Je portemonnee en je bloeddruk zullen je dankbaar zijn.

Hätte eigentlich gar keinen Stern verdient - absoluter Scam!
Habe im Juni zwei Teppiche bestellt. Sie sind bis heute nicht angekommen. Anfragen werden mit billigen Ausreden oder gar nicht beantwortet. Man wird nur hingehalten. Einfach nur Betrug das ganze. Mein Geld habe ich scheinbar verloren.

*EDIT: Die Antwort kann man getrost ignorieren. Auf DMs oder EMails kommen genau diese Ausreden und sonst nichts. Ich wüsste einfach gerne, wie ich mein Geld zurückbekommen kann. Gibt es da einen weg?

Very disappointed with this seller :(

I read the reviews before purchasing from Wilder Home and decided to go ahead and order anyway as I saw some positive reviews but was cautious this may occur.
I have emailed multiple times about my order (Supposedly Order #16121) and have not received anything at all indicating it has been shipped or is even coming. I ordered in December and am raising a dispute to get a refund as the seller is now not responding to my emails about this order. Really disappointing don't order from them its not worth the hassle.

**update - no order, business messaged me on Instagram saying they had a baby and very busy and what was my order again. I replied with my dissapointment and requested AGAIN for a refund if my order isn't coming. They didn't reply and now they have blocked me.
Ordered on 9 Jan 2024 and received an order confirmation. I requested to cancel the order on Jan 13 as I had bought a similar product and didn’t need this one. I got an email back 3 days later - “ we an can’t cancel and order with a specific reason, especially if in transit” - I replied that I understand but I hadn’t received a shipping notification. I was assured my order would be on the way soon. 3 weeks later, no order, no email about shipping. 2 more emails later from me on 29 Jan and 9 Feb have gone unanswered.
Still no shipping notification. I suspect they drop ship orders and don’t have their own warehouse. I should have suspected something when I couldn’t pay use of PayPal, so I can’t dispute my order this way. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

Complete scam! I have paid for my item and no tracking information has been provided despite asking numerous times. Do not buy from this company! I have no expectation that I will ever receive what i purchased. Have reported with ACCC, Facebook and Instagram

DODGY SELLER DO NOT BUY. I ordered a coffee table from them back in September 2023. I have tried to follow up this order over 10 times and they keep telling me that it is "on the way" but doesn't provide any shipping details. It is now Feb 2024 and I have not heard anything. order number #15363

Still waiting on an order from May last year. For a product that is still available for purchase on the website. First few emails were answered with a sorry for the delay, checked with the warehouse, it’s being custom made, sorry again for the delay but I have some here and I’ll get it sent out to you. I was nothing but kind, polite and understanding. My last email I asked for a refund and haven’t obviously heard back. Very disappointing as it was a gift for my sister’s birthday which was June last year and she’s so far received nothing.
