J'ai commandé un tapis il y a plus de trois mois, personne ne répond à mes mails, aucun numéro de suivi, aucune date de livraison prévue, on me balade et on ne me répond plus. C'est une arnaque totale, ce site. J'ai demandé un remboursement il y a plusieurs semaines, encore une fois je n'ai eu aucune réponse ! C'est scandaleux

Produkt Mitte Dezember bestellt & nie angekommen, geschweige denn verschickt worden. Auf ihrer Homepage stand stets: «wird vorbereitet». Nachdem ich das Unternehmen nach 2 Monaten des Wartens und Kontaktaufnahme via Mail und Help Line auf Instagram angeschrieben hatte, gab es weiterhin keine Antwort. Ich musste stattdessen einen öffentlichen Kommentar hinterlassen (der danach umgehend von ihnen gelöscht wurde), bis sie reagiert hatten. Das Ganze geschah in dieser Wartezeit 3x und nach leeren Versprechungen und einem sinnlosen 10% Code für die nächste Bestellung (die ich niemals tätigen werde), ignorierten sie meinen Nachrichten (trotz Lesebestätigung) und löschten den Auftrag bei sich im System ohne die Ware je geliefert zu haben. Ich habe von allen Konversationen Screenshots gesammelt & bin nun mit meinem Kreditkartenbetreiber dran, mein Geld zurückzufordern.

I ordered items totaling AU$191.75) over three months ago, and have received nothing but an order number (#42883). I have reached out to the multiple times through Facebook, email, and the Wilder Home website -- but I have heard nothing in response.

Do not buy! TRASH AF.

This company is trash AF. Ordered back in January and have reached out and still waiting. No communication nothing - IG page has dropped off as well.

Put an order through in July 2023 for my business in Melbourne and have not received the order, have attempted to contact multiple times via email, received a response recently a month ago stating they would ship the order. Still not confirmed, no delivery tracking or follow up. Am considering engaging a lawyer if I do not hear from them.

Holy! These reviews! I ordered from them last summer and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get my products. I had trouble getting in contact with the company but eventually did and was told a staff member was unwell and since then communication was a bit better and surprisingly I did eventually receive my order..6 months later (submitted my order June 2023, didn’t receive my stuff until NOVEMBER) for all the trouble it was I expected a discount or some sort of freebie, which is usually what well run companies will do when there is a major delay but no! And rug looked cheap compared to photos on website . Prior to actually receiving my rug and print, I was convinced they were a scam and did not expect to receive my products. But after reading all these reviews I’m convinced once again this is the case 100% and just realized their Instagram no longer exists either…sketchy. DO NOT BUY FROM WILDER HOME! Chances are you will not receive your order and if you do..it won’t be worth the headache you’ll probably go through!!!

J'ai passé une commande le 18 mars 2024. Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 4 avril et après 2 mails de ma part aucune réponse. Aucun tracking, aucune date de livraison, aucun feedback. Par chance je n'ai "que 49 euros" dans la nature et pas davantage ...

I received my item and it’s perfect!
After speaking with mish regarding the items I was after I found her lovely and very responsive. I placed my order but after a few days didn’t receive any updates on the postage. After I chased this up I received an email with a tracking number that I was unable to track and started to receive automated replies. I then did a search and found what I’m guessing everyone can also see and that’s nothing but negative comments indicating that this site is a scam.
I started to believe it and thought I would lose my $300 however yesterday (2 weeks after I placed my order) my items arrived and I am very impressed.
The quality is great and they are super big and comfy.

I can’t speak on behalf of everyone else but I guess I got lucky.
And I’m happy to say this isn’t a “fake” review YES I also believed the good ones were fake but I was a real customer and I’m leaving a happy one.
Hopefully things improve for this small business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! DON’T BUY FROM THEM! You’ll never receive what you paid for and they won’t even answer any of your emails. I ordered a coffee table almost 3 months ago and – at this point – I have not received any information on the status of my order (nor a tracking number of course). I sent them more than 20 emails to which I get no response except for the last one where I asked to please cancel my order. In fact, being left with no info at all I purchased another table, and they answered just to tell me that their refund policy doesn’t allow for any refund to be processed if the item has already shipped. However, no proof of shipment was ever provided and the table of course never arrived.
This is by far the WORST customer experience I ever had! I am wondering if this is scam because there is not way that a real site can treat people that way!
STAY AWAY FROM RABBISH WEBSITES LIKE THIS ONE

Hätte ich hier mal vor meiner Bestellung reingeschaut... Habe im Januar zwei Gläser bestellt, auf die warte ich bis heute. Bei Insta kam eine Antwort, es würde in zwei bis drei Wochen verschickt, das ist auch schon wieder fast zwei Monate her. Als Entschuldigung gab's einen Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung. Die niemals stattfinden wird.

My sofa hasn’t arrived in 5 month. Emails go unanswered or with excuses of delays that turn to be most likely lies. This website is the biggest fraud ever!

Similar to most of the reviewers here I purchased a rug from Wilder Home and have followed up with them about my order. The first time I followed up, I received a generic automated response saying sorry and that they will personally see to it that my order is processed and shipped. Since then, I haven't been able to check my order, it says the 'page cannot be found', I haven't been able to reach them on their website or heard a response by email. I've DMed them on Instagram, and their Instagram page no longer exists?!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM. Don’t be fooled by website. They are not based in Melbourne.

I purchased a lamp last year it took 4 months. Company stopped replying to messages but if I contacted them as a new customer they would instantly reply. I paid $100 for something I could have bought from Ali express for $14. I can see all of these replies to reviews from the company stating a problem with their website. Last year it was a problem with the warehouse ect. I can’t believe this website it still selling. And WILDER HOME don’t bother with one of your generic replies to this review. You are terrible….

Commande effectuée le 31 janvier, depuis je n'arrive pas à obtenir un numéro de suivi, je ne sais pas si le colis a été envoyé, cela fait deux mois et je reçois des réponses génériques. Je pense ne jamais recevoir le colis. Fuyez !

My order was placed on 25 January this year and have not received anything till date. I have already contacted them 3 times via the chat box on the website and once via Instagram. I got 1 response back saying they would look into it and with a 'sorry' discount for a new purchase. Today, wanting to see what the status was, I clicked on the 'View your order' link in the confirmation email I received after ordering and suddenly the tracking page cannot longer be found. Before seeing this, I was still hopeful that it would be on its way but now I'm convinced that this company are real scammers!

Har beställt varor i februari och kontakt er men ni mailar bara tillbaka att varorna snart är på väg, nu efter 2 månader har jag fortfarande inte fått mina varor. Beställ inte ifrån detta företag!! Ni får aldrig era varor!

I have had a message through Trustpilot regarding my last review for this business. I sent the first review a few weeks ago and as of today I have still received no products or any answers to my messages, emails or social media comments. She now says on trustpilot that she has no record of my order and that the pics she is using are hers and other unscrupulous companies use them. That’s rich coming from someone who is taking mine and according to other Trustpilot reviews a lot of other peoples cash and supplying no products. Just for the record my order number is #16645 and the name is Marc & Irene Dolla.

Don't order from this site! I was unlucky to not have read any of these reviews before purchasing. As with what everyone else is saying - this website is a complete scam - you won't receive your product. They will reply to your messages every now and again to say that it is on the way but not give you a legitimate update on when it will get to you. I'm not hopeful that I will receive my order after waiting 2 months for it.

I can’t reply to your reply on here but my order number is 16674 and I’ve followed up on this via email and Instagram multiple times.

Ordered a lamp and rug in the middle of January, it's now 2 months later and i'm still to receive any shipping information since my order hasn't even been dispatched. I have tried contacting this company so many times, including emailing them 3 times, sending 10+ instagram dms, commenting on multiple instagram posts (all of my comments have been deleted), and calling them twice (all have gone straight to voicemail). After being ignored for months this is becoming a joke. Since this company seems more likely to respond to these reviews rather than any other correspondance, again requesting a refund for order #16563. Very dissapointing as I was really looking forward to getting the beautiful items I ordered, but this turned out to be nothing more than a scam. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Update: i have reached out via email and had messaged on Instagram regarding my order number as asked below. However, i haven’t heard anything back yet again.

If I could give a zero I 100% would. I ordered a rug in January and it is now the middle of March and I still have not received the rug. At first customer service reached out to me quickly to assure me it would be shipping, however, I have reached out multiple times again on multiple platforms with no response. I paid a lot of money for a rug and received nothing. I reached out for a refund and am suddenly being ignored. When I ask for tracking information they tell me they don't receive that. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I will be reporting them for fraud and I highly recommend you do the same if they also scammed you.
