Worst service I've ever received.

My order was 2 weeks late already when I reached out to support. Took about a week to get a response.

At that point, they didn't know where my order was and had no way of tracking it or providing any update.

My order never arrived 2 months later, and I emailed support back to ask for a refund and got no response.

Ended up having to go through my credit card company to flag it as a fraudulent transaction to get my money back.

I would recommend shopping anywhere else but at Wilder Home.

Ordered a Christmas present on the 10th Dec and still not here.
Emails keep saying sorry but item in transit but they have no tracking.
Be warned

I bought one sunset lamp 2 months ago, and I haven’t received it yet as well ad any response or update. I keep sending them mails, but they don’t provide any solutions and they just ‘check with the delivery company’ but never get back to me with real solutions. Very disappointed.

Looks nothing like the picture. Also learned that I can’t return it so I’m stuck with it and don’t like it at all. It looks cheap. Super disappointed at how different mine looks from the pictures on Instagram, website, and other reviews.

This business is a fraud. The order was placed and they have not provided any shipping details. Repeated emails were met with silence after the initial response was the item was shipped but the tracking portal was down. This is not a reputable business and you run the risk of being scammed. They don't even send an order number you can reference just an email saying you have earned points. The owner never acknowledges any emails. This business is beyond dishonest.
They have asked for an order number but one was never provided. All that was sent was an email saying I earned 714 points for my order. They are asking for a response here but have not even acknowledged 3 emails.
I was able to track the order 16064 which still shows ordered from Dec 5.
Let's see what happens now!

2 weeks ago I provided them with the order # and still no update. This is a front for a business somewhere east and they are scamming people overseas. as on Jan 30 the status says " Order placed, not yet shipped". Not even that skilled at covering up all areas of a fraudulent business!
Order information has been provided weeks ago. What a surprise. Silence. So much for shipping delays from Dec. and no response.
The people that provide positive comments are not customers but friends. This business is a total SCAM!

Scam, $800 dollar rug never shipped..

When we finally got aus post postal details 6 months later they are fake.

Money gone..

Absolute scam.
Ordered in September still no delivery, tracking or anything. Reached out via customer help to no success, went via their instagram page which seems to be constantly updated, and yet the business owner apparently does not have time to send out orders or respond to customer service.

Instead of only complaining and reviewing, I’m taking this to the ACCC as they are unresponsive, and not helpful when they do respond about supposed “issues” with the supplier, courier, post- anything they can think of. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is in place for just this type of situation, so please take the extra time to lodge a complaint if you have been scammed like we have.

I hope everyone else with the same experience (everyone, bar some small amount of suspiciously positive “reviews”) does the same to shut this business down or at least help the owner understand consequences of fraudulent activity.

Beautiful, quirky and colourful. I purchased a beautiful vase and a rug from this store, and it arrived just in time for Christmas. Better than I expected. Customer service was very helpful in ensuring the products arrived on time.

I placed an order on the 27th of September. Have never received a tracking number or any updates on shipping. Have been told they will check with the warehouse and now they have stopped replying. Spent $400 to not receive my order now 3 months later. My order is #D5172. Please get back to me when you can.

Buying unique items online is always a bit of a gamble, but this store did not disappoint! I love love my custom made rug! The shipping turn around was reasonable, the customer service was great as I received up to date tracking. We all know this is a busy time of year so I was most appreciative of being kept in the loop throughout! Mish and her team were really helpful. Thank you for a great shopping experience!!

I haven't received an order for over 4 months. According to the tracking system, it has not been sent. I tried repeatedly to ask for help and find out what was going on. Customer service is not helpful and does not provide specific information. I asked for a refund, the company does not respond, and I have not received it yet. I want my money back, because it wasn't a small amount of money. I do not recommend buying from wilder home.

If i could give 0 STARS i would. I ordered 2 items at the beginning of May 2023. Over 7 months later i am yet to receive the product and/or shipping confirmation.

For a small Australian business - this beyond a joke. I was accepting of shipping delays and issues for the first 12 weeks but NOW i am frustrated and disappointed.

A waste of money and time spent chasing up an order. Do not order from this company - you will waste your money.

Unfortunately Mish is no longer responding to our messages and we haven't received the items that we ordered last month (order 15935 and 16040). Please respond to us, we would really like to get the items and change it to a 5-star review instead!

Order was never shipped (I bought it in September 2023), never got a response from the seller. Pretty sure all these items are available on aliexpress, where I ended up buying my lamp. Avoid.

Terrible experience and I wish I had read the reviews of others before ordering. I ordered a lamp for my daughter for Christmas on the 13th November and still nothing.
Correspondence at first was similar to other’s experience- “lovely so sorry - we are having trouble with tracking’ etc etc. correspondence and replies have dropped off significantly as I have continued to chase this up. Tracking from my emails indicates that the item has not even shipped.
It’s now 5 1/2 weeks since I ordered the lamp.
Go elsewhere please - if you read these reviews you can see that this is a common experience so there is zero reliability and trust with this company.

Absolute scam. Ordered on the 3rd of August (#15169), and still haven't received an update on my order.

Emailed Mish 4 separate times since (only 2 of which she responded too), only to respond with a 'it's coming, and our tracking is broken' shpiel. She refused to give me a refund, saying it's 'already on the way'.

Basically had to beg for updates, zero communication otherwise. So disappointing seeing as we spent hundreds of dollars. I'll be lodging a complaint to the ACCC about this one.

It’s a shame to say, but I have had a very similar experience to most of the one star reviewers on here. Placed an order on 3rd June 2023 (order number #14714) and it‘s currently 6th December. Upon initial follow-up messages around August I did receive replies ensuring me that my order had been shipped and she was waiting on a tracking number. Once I decided that I just wanted a refund because I didn’t believe she was being truthful with me, she stopped replying. Email, Facebook message, nothing. Such a shame. $100 might not be much to some people, but it’s a LOT to others.

It is now two months since i ordered from Wilder home and after receiving assurances that the parcel had been shipped (after ignoring my previous request for information), it has now become apparent that this is not the case and that the excuse of 'issues with the tracking portal' is merely the same line that has been given to many other disappointed customers on this page.

I use the term customers lightly as after reading this page it seems that we are all victims of a scam.

Please avoid ordering from here at all costs. I am only glad that the item i ordered was of relatively low value as i'm aware that others will have paid substantial sums with nothing to show for it.
