What a let down this internet is

What a let down this internet is . We are constantly having to reset , we loose connection on a regular basis as well . Considering I pay for the most expensive package . One thing I’ve also noticed when the internet looses connection it will NOT state that on the plume app therefore making you believe there’s no problem. Very overrated service

We’ve checked our system and can’t see any record of you reporting a fault to us.
We’re always here to help, and our team can usually diagnose and resolve connection problems quickly once we’re made aware of them.

Regularly needing to reset your equipment is not normal, especially on our top-tier package, so we’d really like to investigate this properly for you.
Regarding the Plume app, it provides useful insights but doesn’t always show every type of connection drop, which is why we recommend contacting us directly if something doesn’t feel right.

Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team so we can run full diagnostics and get this sorted for you.

We’re confident we can get things back to the reliable service you should expect from us.

Been with WF for a couple of months now…

Been with WF for a couple of months now and haven't had any problems. Fast fibre speeds and very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend switching to wight fibre if you haven't already!

100% recommend this company

I was a new customer and realised my new Internet wasn't very good upstairs in my office, at home. A phone call later and another small Router was delivered to me for use upstairs. It made all the difference. Fantastic service by the young lady who answered phone, her name was Jade. 100% recommend this company.

Excellent customer service all round

Excellent customer service ensuring a smooth transition, very efficient (and careful) installation engineers and making sure the booster needed was ready quickly for collection. It is marvellous to speak to a person quickly who knows where you are and knows what they are talking about to answer questions. Just brilliant. Absolutely no problems since moving over.
