Very impressed with the service we received from start to finish on our holiday to the Canadian Rockies. Great itinerary and all bar one hotel was superb. We were particularly thankful that Wexas had thought ahead and booked replacement fights in anticipation of Air Canada cancelling services, which they did. The support we received from staff throughout including in the early hours and at the airports was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks very much!

We had a few problems example the airline cancelling our flight last minute. They sorted everything out for and it was the middle of the night, they were brilliant so our holiday went ahead smoothly.

We’ve just returned from two weeks travelling through the Canadian Rockies. Ben was excellent in providing an itinerary which covered all the places we wanted to go within our budget. His knowledge of the area was excellent and he was able to tell us which excursions needed to be booked in advance. All the details of our trip were clearly communicated before we left and everything ran very smoothly. We’d definitely recommend Wexas - Ben took care to understand what was important to us for this trip and planned accordingly - we had a brilliant 25th wedding anniversary trip.

From my first contact with Wexas they went out of their way to arrange our holiday and although we made several changes to the original itinerary, nothing was a problem to Ben and Amy who we dealt with.
Our flights were cancelled for our return journey and Wexas have contacted us on 3 separate occasions to ensure we had new flights and accommodation and that we had arrived home safely.
I would not hesitate in recommending Wexas to book a holiday.

Wexas were excellent, offering a range of options for our holiday, finding very good accommodations in our desired locations. They were very helpful in dealing with questions which we had and always responded quickly. The actual resort for the holiday was excellent.

The trip was planned in a friendly and efficient way, and it all worked as expected..

Itinerary was splendid. Hotels generally outstanding. Wexas staff helpful; knowledgeable; courteous and timely. Information provided was comprehensive, although clearer guidance on car-parking (or the lack of it) at most of the hotels would be helpful.
Print in the information booklet could be bolder - it's light in colour and tricky to read in the sunshine!

Iceland and Canada. This was our second time using Wexas after using them to travel to West Canada in 2022. They were fantastic both times. We needed to contact the out of hours team this time who were extremely helpful. They have been so useful to help with planning when you work full time, and particularly when you don't know the country you wish to visit. We will use them in the future

Brilliant throughout fast efficient and great knowledge of New Zealand. Put together a package that was tailored to our requirement. Keely was excellent in every detail even with the local knowledge when it came to which way to start and finish trip. When mother nature threw us a curved ball local teams were on it straight away to help us. The suggestion of proper stop over in Singapore on way back worked well. Most excellent holiday.

We have been booking with Wexas since 2018. Every holiday has been amazing and a brilliant experience.

The hotels they pick have all been superb and the itineraries have been excellent.

I recommend them to anyone who asks who organised our holidays!

We booked our trip to New Zealand through Wexas and Rui did a great job for us. He directed us to suitable flights and those worked perfectly. The pick up and drop off arrangements went so well, we felt rather spoiled. The hotel choices were good and the camper van equally worked so well for us.

We have just returned from a tailor made trip to Australia, everything we had asked for was discussed and booked exactly as we wanted. Rachel was brilliant at keeping us informed of developments and constantly checking if we required any further help. It was wonderful, thanks so much Rachel.

This was my first time using Wexas having previously used some large competitors. The service I was given and the knowledge on the destination was far better this time than their competitors. What I liked most significantly thoigh, they were really easy to contact and discuss arrangements or adjustments. No annoying call queue systems here.

Keely at Wexus was amazing and very efficient at putting a package together for us.

If you are in the U S, do not waste your time with these guys. Based upon time differences, phone communications is not realistic. Send them your money and you end up in never, never land. Buyer beware.

We have Just got back from a Rocky Moiuntaineer trip to Canada with Wexas Holidays. If a company is as only as good as the Staff you deal with then you deserve the 5 star review Nikki James you are a credit to the company!

I found this company under their brand name 'Best Served (co.uk), the particular holiday of interest being 'Quebec's Winter Wonderland'.

I enquired about this initially via their web form, and it was several days before I got an emailed reply from an agent who clearly hadn't properly read the details of what we wanted in terms of modifications (despite them advertising 'tailor-made' holidays). So I wrote back a very friendly email restating our wishes. That was over a week ago and I've heard absolutely nothing since.

It seems Wexas or Best Served don't really care much about getting business! But actually it's just plain rude as well as bad business not to read an email properly and then subsequently not even bother to reply. Needless to say, we've booked with another excellent company.

Disappointing itinerary on self drive in Puglia. Very little information given - mistakes made by agent. Felt Saija not really interested. We made the best of a bad job but could have made all the arrangements ourselves - not worth the money we paid. We’ve learnt ( the hard way!) - won’t be using Wexas again.

We booked a holiday in Portugal, which we had to change schedule because of COVID. Luckily, we eventually managed to have holiday this summer. But….
Wexas UK haS no idea the details of our holiday although they booked hotels, taxi, flight….
1.The hotel room was booked cheaper room than we booked and paid originally, which they did not realize until we pointed out.
2.The meeting point of taxi service is outdated, which means the shop is no longer exist at the airport and we had to spend nearly 2 hours at the airpot as we could not find the meeting point and the driver left without waiting for us.
3. Our air ticket was business class , but I could not join the holiday, so we requested refund. BUT no refund. According to them, they used voucher for the re-scheduled air ticket. Never heard such a thing and we lost £700.

I simply do not understand what is Wexas UK’s job as they cannot check the details of booking and schedule. It may be the results of poor staff training or they find difficult to employ good staff.

It costs us £700 for us to know poor service of Wexas UK. My advise is if you do not have access to internet, it may be the way to use travel agents, but not Waxes UK.
