The service and communication was brilliant

I have just returned from a wonderful 21 day holiday booked with 2 by 2. They listened to what we wanted to do and see and planned our holiday accordingly. It was exactly what we wanted and asked for. Any questions or queries we had before or during our stay were answered immediately so we had no anxious moments. The hotels were all of a very good standard and the tours were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this travel agent.

I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend 2by2 Holidays.We had an amazing holiday. The lodges were excellent and the Oyster Box was the icing on the cake for the last few days in Durban. A special word of thanks for the driver/guides that transported us throughout two weeks. Always prompt and full of interesting information which made the journeys fly by.
We did book a half day tour and boat trip with Jan in Durban which I think could be added to the itinerary as it was very interesting and we were guided through the local markets.
But a very special thank you to Sue who really went beyond as she worked through the night to organize an alternative flight home after our flight with Qatar Airlines was cancelled at the last moment due to the war. This was not easy but we arrived back safely. So well done 2by2.

2x2 set up a three country tour for Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. All of the tours, guides and drivers were set up perfectly and were always on time. The guides were very knowledgeable. We learned a lot on this trip and really enjoyed the sites, sounds and the food. Great Trip.

Birding with a camera tour in Costa Rica. The trip was very good value. Communications from 2 By 2 were excellent. The itinerary was very varied and the bird guide was very skillful at finding birds.

Great experience, everything was perfect. I'll absolutely get in touch with 2by2 for future vacations. Lisa was very kind and answered me the hundreds emails I sent, and took care of every detail.

The whole trip came fully up to expectations, if not exceeded them. With a group of just 4 clients plus an excellent guide/driver, we were treated to over 300 bird species which the guide found, identified, and helped us to see and, in most case, photograph. We were given enough time to enjoy each sighting, whilst being taken to sufficient sites to achieve such a high number of species. The accommodation and lunchtime meals were all excellent.

We went as serious amateur naturalists, hoping not to see just birds, but much of the amazing wildlife in Costa Rica as well.
We were not disappointed.
Butterflies, frogs, snakes, bugs, galore. Mammals in abundance and - birds - 332 species!!!.

I think the process 2by2 uses to help you get the itinerary you want is excellent. Kate and her colleagues were knowledgeable and patient andthat really helped us plan our three week trip, mainly to wonderfully diverse Chile, but also a few days at the end in Buenos Aires. Would highly recommend speaking to 2by2 and if you choose them you will be in good hands.

We have just returned from a trip to India taking in the Golden triangle and a 2 day safari in Ranthambore tiger reserve.
India can be a challenging country to visit in terms of the traffic, the poverty of many of the local people and the rubbish everywhere but the drivers and guides arranged by 2by2 made it all very easy.
We stayed in some lovely hotels and enjoyed good food including a cookery demonstration and meal cooked by a local family in Jaipur.
The Taj Mahal lived up to its reputation and is truly wonderful.
Best of all we saw a tiger up really close to us on our last safari in Ranthambore.
We have used 2by2 before for a safari in Zambia and we would definitely use them in the future

From start to finish Jackie from 2by2 was so helpful and patient as I had no idea where to start when looking at South Africa and Safari's. We were quite nervous as we like our nice hotels and luxury holidays. I gave Jackie a budget and with a bit of tweaking we booked the perfect holiday. Jackie was always at the end of an email whilst we were away and helped when we had problems checking in on our internal flights. We will 100% be going back to South Africa and wouldn't dream of using anyone else when we do. The holiday blew us away.

We had a fantastic multi-centre Kenyan holiday which more than met our expectations - well chosen accommodation in terrific locations with excellent facilities and welcoming staff, sensational wildlife, and a top quality guide. 2By2 were responsive, helpful and knowledgeable throughout.

Susan was amazing in organising, arranging and finessing our wonderful trip to Chile. We met her at the Olympia travel show and I remember thinking then that her approach was just what we were looking for. There were lots of moving parts to our trip (literally) and they were all seamlessly managed. We saw and experienced so much. Attention to detail was paramount and we were delighted with our holiday
