Great experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked us through the different options available to us. The parasol we bought had a good high end spec at a very reasonable price. It was delivered very efficiently on time and was constructed in our garden. Thanks go out to Shaun, Mark and Paul who made the experience so seamless.

Beautiful furniture that I have been dreaming about for a while. When I got to the showroom in East Grinstead I got confused with all the choice. Sue was absolutely amazing. She helped me put the perfect set together. She was Informative and I felt she really understood what I wanted. Very grateful for such expertise.

This is a brilliant company, no not brilliant but great. What makes it great is it’s staff who are very courteous and professional. We had a Pergola supplied which was erected by two very professional fitters Stewart and Mark, their attention to detail was second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. My thanks also go to Nigel who was our go to man (the King Pin in our experience) who could not put anymore effort into our resolve… Full marks to all.

Arrived at the showroom to pick up some sand bags for our covers and came away with 2 chairs as well! Fiona very kindly arranged for us to pick them up from the warehouse on our way home - very helpful people at the warehouse too -loading the car for us.The chairs were so comfortable that we ordered 4 more and a cover online. The delivery date was much earlier than anticipated and Paul delivered these on time. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you everybody at Westminster!

Great staff, not pushy and happy to answer any questions. We bought a table and 8 chairs which they held for delivery until the patio was finished. The delivery team were on time and coped with a tricky route to get the furniture in the right place, and they tidied up the packaging and took it away!

Excellent service from start to finish. Hannah was great in helping me with the order and the delivery times indicated were spot on. Mark and Stewart arrived on time and set everything up including ensuring the table was properly levelled up. All the packaging was removed and cleared.

Was gifted some Westminster loungers a few years ago. They started to disintegrate and have continued to do the same. Contacted the md but as we did not have receipts they would not talk to me. There do not seem to be serial numbers on the items so they could trace them to me.

The kettler products I purchased at the same time are still like new.

I am appalled at the quality of the product and am still waiting for them to do the right thing and resolve the issue.

If I could I would put a picture up for all to see.

Purchased a top of the range Westminster parasol around 4-5 years ago. Over £1000. It’s had very little use and has been covered. A small cast metal part snapped at the weekend. Initially I felt that Westminster were not able to help in this situation, but was soon surprised to find that my issue had been escalated. I was contacted with some plausable offers to assist in what is an out of warranty item. In all, I am more than satisfied with the help that came through from top management. Very rare these days. The company appears to have a good foundation of responsible management that do care for their customers and quality of service.
