Well worth the 3hr drive to visit
We visited the showroom and wow what a fantastic selection they have. We’ve been looking for a weatherproof garden dining set and found exactly what we wanted. We were helped by Jade who is far too good at her job as we ended up buying loungers too 🤣. We came away with brochures for BBQ’s too. Let’s hope the furniture is as good as promised when it arrives which should be in 3/4weeks so not too long to wait. It was worth the 3hr drive from Somerset and back but be warned the temptation to buy more than intended is massive.

Elements Outdoor Living exceeded all expectations. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right pieces. The quality of the furniture is excellent, beautifully made and built to last. It's great to see a family business with family values and a great sense of humour - it made the whole experience exceptional and enjoyable. Nothing else came close with regards to…
Nothing else came close with regards to quality, the length of guarantee and even other stockists of the brand didn’t beat them on price and speed of delivery. We were impressed with the product knowledge that the manager had. He was helpful and informative but not pushy and went out of his way to help us. We got a clear idea about what we wanted but wanted to look around to be sure - should have saved our time. Great experience and great furniture too!

The best experience with a delivery we have ever had experienced professional people
Like other people I have bought garden furniture and sent it back however Elements of Bishop Stortford is one of the few quality dedicated places that you can deal with to get genuine quality of the highest standard. Today I had my outdoor corner lounge all weather furniture delivered it probably was the easiest and most professional item I’ve ever had delivered. It was unpacked set up in several different ways to show me my options and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. I can’t thank Russell enough for his honesty and superior knowledge in this field. Wayne, who set the furniture up in place was excellent. He could not do enough to please. I had a thoroughly good experience unlike what we had at maze..

PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS before buying, it’s clear which ones are fake and real, I just wish that I had of done before buying. I had the same negative experience to the majority of the real ones, take the time to read them and you’ll see that they’re all pretty much the same. This guy will do anything for a sale, follows you around the store like a leach, steering you away from the hidden damaged items, and then swap the good stuff for the damaged on delivery and hope that you won’t notice, that’s why he’ll wrap it up with black shrink wrap to ‘protect it during transport’, and then quickly leave ‘to get to another job’ before you have chance to check it. Arthur Daily meets Del Boy, he’ll lie to your face, take your money and sell you shitty, damaged stock and say, ‘it was in the sale’, ‘it was ex-display, you should have checked the damaged chairs that I hid at the back of the display so that you can’t see them’, ‘I’ll tell you what, give me an extra £600 and I’ll give you some good chairs as a gesture of good will’ , it’s clear to see why he keeps folding the company. There is sooooooo much that I could go into, so please feel free to get in contact if you’re even thinking about spending £1,000’s with this absolute crook, if you’re a local competitor, give me a shout, I’ll give you a full run down of how this absolute turd operates. I’ve noticed that he have two google review pages, check the real one with 3.5 stars

Just to clarify the facts, the furniture purchased was an ex-display set and was sold as seen at a heavily discounted price.
Prior to purchase, you were specifically advised to thoroughly inspect the furniture, including the chairs, as the exact set displayed in the showroom would be the set delivered.
Following your inspection, you confirmed that you were happy to proceed with the purchase.
The furniture was wrapped for transportation to protect it during delivery, which is standard practice for all of our deliveries.
When concerns were later raised, we engaged with you directly and made every effort to find a reasonable resolution. This included offering several goodwill gestures, as well as the option of a full refund. However, these proposals were declined, and instead you requested to retain part of the furniture while also seeking additional compensation, which we did not consider to be a fair or reasonable outcome.
We respect every customer's right to leave feedback, but we do not feel that the personal remarks and language used in this review accurately reflect the circumstances or the efforts made to resolve the matter.
At Elements Outdoor Living, we pride ourselves on being honest, transparent, and straightforward in our dealings with customers, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service.

Great advice and professional friendly service. In a word our experience with Elements Home and Garden has been faultless, so much choice and a prompt delivery by experienced staff. We bought a table, 6 chairs and parasol, all top of the range in design, quality and value which has fully reached our expectations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elements Home and Garden and their knowledgeable helpful staff.

No delivery and no comms
Ordered a pergola and was scheduled to be installed on 16th Aug. Tried to contact them multiple times via phone and email and was extremely hard to get hold of anyone! On the installation day we were told they didn't have the stock and wanted to offer us something else. Again, since then it has been really hard to get in touch with them and we still haven't received the product we paid £6999 for! We are considering contacting our credit card company to chase back the money now as our last resort! The service is unacceptable!

We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the unexpected stock issue with your pergola. We made several attempts to contact you and left voicemail messages, but appreciate that communication was not as smooth as it should have been.
As a small family business, we receive a high volume of calls during peak season, although we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
We are pleased that this matter has now been resolved and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Items finally delivered.
We ordered a set of garden furniture at the start of July and delivery was in August but an item was missing from the van.
We have repeatedly chased by email (no reply) and by phone (always voicemail and no-one calls you back).
Now coming up to 2 months after placing the order we have no idea when or if the item will be delivered.
We also ordered some teak protection products and we have no idea when they will arrive either.
With the Bluewater shop shutting does this mean they are going out of business?
A little communication would go a long way, but do not expect it from this company.
Post script; 2 hours after posting the above we had a call (coincidence?) and goods are promised for delivery in 1 week. We shall see.
Surprise surprise, no delivery on promised day, no contact and impossible to get hold of.
Depressing having taken another day off waiting for items to arrive.
Not good enough given the prices they charge
Goods promised week ending 20 September, following letter before legal action.
Goods delivered 20 September. Hooray. Teak Care products added too (thanks) . Finally done.

High end prices for poor product and service
Ordered a table and chairs in the spring. On entering the shop the first thing we were told was that the product range had been "refocussed on high end" (i.e. we are expensive). However, we found a table and chairs we liked which all staff told us were able to be left outside all year round with no maintenance. The brand is 4 Seasons Outdoors (4SO).
Products were delivered as agreed however the wrong lazy susan was provided. We advised the shop who said it would be replaced by the end of the month which ended up being the following month, this only after several calls chasing up a delivery date.
Within 2 weeks of delivery the wood on the garden table had cracked with the surface layer appearing to 'peel' off. We visited the shop and showed them a picture. They agreed this should not happen and confirmed the supplier would send a replacement. We are now almost 3 months after initial reporting of the incident and we have heard nothing.
Finally despite shop staff repeatedly told us the table and chairs can be left out in all weathers and don't require protecting. The advice on documentation from the supplier clearly states chair cushions should be stored away when not in use and that various treatments should be applied to protect wooden elements. This is a complete contradiction to the advice given in store. So in effect we have been mis-sold.

After leaving the above review the owner called the same day to apologise for the poor service and promised to resolve the matter. A replacement table top is now due to be delivered.
I have updated my rating as the Company has made efforts to rectify the situation, however, it is sad it has taken a negative review here to make that happen.

Due to repeated cancellations of delivery and installation of the product, we fear that the company is unable to fulfill the obligations they have received the money for. We therefore will initiate the process of claiming the money back from our credit card company. This is our only legal protection.
I am updating to reply to the response below. There were no courriers were arranged. I had asked for proof of courrier booking, and no response was forthcoming.
