They said delivery was around 3 weeks ,
Very surprised when it turned up within 4 days !!
Little disappointed that the cover didn’t come, made a phone call to the office , the lady was very helpful, and advised they were out of stock and very apologetic,
Cover arrived in the post 2 weeks later,
Good service all round !!

Very pleased with service. We met Jade on Saturday and she was helpful and clear. She was enthusiastic about the Westminster outside furniture without being too pushy. The furniture arrived 6 days later and the delivery was very professional and friendly and they set everything up just as we wanted. I would use again and recommend them to others.

We happened upon Elements, Ongar, when we were driving home one day. Looking for garden furniture, we had never noticed the shop before. From the outset, the product looked great, good quality and the designs were different to any we had seen in the usual places.
No one greeted us as we entered, too busy on her phone….We wandered around the entire store, upstairs and down and not one of the three people in the store made contact. Should have been the warning really…..
Beginning of May, we purchased a completed garden set, settee, chairs and table, over £2000, paid in full, with a delivery date beginning July. Told they would call us when the delivery was ready to arrange a specific delivery date and time.
Beginning of July came and went. We waited until mid July before calling. We were told the orders had been delayed until beginning of August (acceptable due to world events…) and they would be in touch with a specific delivery date and time.
AUGUST came and went. On return from our holiday, we called, no answer and so we left a message. We continued to call throughout the month of September, selecting ‘option 2 for deliveries etc’ and left message after message, with no call back and no update on our garden furniture. We then called and pressed ‘option 1’ for new enquires… and of course someone answered! Was greeted with complete attitude, how the shop isn’t responsible for deliveries, we have to call the office number and after a 10 minute debate of me explaining ’the office never answers’ and ‘never calls back’ and if she would be so helpful to speak to them and get someone to call us back, we would appreciate it. She said she would… of course no one did.
Beginning OCTOBER, after continuous calling to the final point of calling on the hour, every hour, for a day… finally got told our furniture was in the warehouse and would be delivered the coming Friday. The driver would call in advance. Working from home, by early evening no driver, no phone call and typically no one at the office to pick up the phone! End of day.. still no furniture.
Monday, called again, on the hour, every hour until someone answered the phone. Sincere apologies, but our delivery was NOT in the warehouse and would be ready the following Monday. Monday end of day, no phone call from the driver, but he turned up (!!) with the sofa and chairs but no table! We turned him away. 15mins later got a call from the delivery driver (so he obviously did have our number!).. apparently he’d called the boss who informed him the table would be with us Thursday….could we reconsider and accept the delivery. Er….no.
Tuesday, called again, on the hour, every hour, until the phone was answered and was told the table was NOT being delivered Thursday and she couldn’t confirm the delivery date for it. Asked for a full refund on the spot… to be told she couldn’t because the boss had to authorise all refunds! Had to give our credit card details for the refund, which would be back in our account within 7 – 10 days.
I waited until day 10.. no refund. I emailed and called, emailed and called, emailed and called. Then received a call from Elements asking for my card details to process the refund.
END NOVEMBER- we finally received the money back into our account a month later!!
This ‘family run’ business, who on their answer phone message state they “pride themselves on good quality and customer service” are deceitful and have NO customer service skills at all. All they needed to do was communicate yet they lied, ignored us and kept hold of our money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company unless you can physically see it and walk out of the shop with it. Absolute crooks.

Would be zero stars if I could.

I ordered a garden dining set in June 2021. They delivered the wrong set in August. Finally received the right set in early October. One of the seats is faulty.

I reported this on the day of delivery, with a video and pictures of the problem.

Result? Initial positive response then rapid loss of interest. To date there has been no solution offered and I’m seeking assistance elsewhere and may have to sue them. “Nicky” told me she wasn’t ignoring me, then ignored me!

I now have a six seater set with five useable chairs!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I bought a Westminster garden table and the company were very good until the table had a fault. They engaged with me on a number of platforms, though when I told them the issue of the fault they just ignored and failed to respond.
We have now been waiting 3 weeks for a response to numerous emails, calls and instant messages.
I wouldn’t recommend this company due to the customer service.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Took the money then never followed up or kept me informed. Rude staff who treat you like the customer is an inconvenience.

Russell & Ella at Elements Bluewater were really great in helping us choose the last pieces of furniture (Ella) we needed to complete our new garden makeover and delivered on time for this weekend (Russell) so our big family get together went off with some nice areas to sit

Ordered £6000 worth of furniture in June. Still to date have not received. Chase them week after week with excuses. One excuse after another. Waited in for deliveries on several occasions that have not turned up. Lots of wasted days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY ARE THEIVES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS. STAY WELL AWAY. I have now taken further action as my patience has run too thin. I have been more than fair and patient with this company. Also the lies that are being told to the consumer and then caught out are laughable. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid, they lie about in stock items...
I ordered an Oxford storage box for my garden cushions last Sunday as the website stated it was in stock. I didn't hear on the Monday so didn't worry to much and just called on Tuesday morning. I called about 7 times through the morning until someone decided to answer. I asked when my order would leave to be told its not in stock, I asked why it said it was as thats the only reason I brought the item from them and not Maze Living... to then be told that there delivery time frame is 2/3 weeks and by the time its in stock I will still be in my delivery time frame!? sorry 2/3 weeks delivery time isn't on their website as I have checked 100 times, their delivery and returns just talk about returns. The company is miss leading and I requested a refund on Tuesday and have just managed to get someone to answer to say the owner has just got back from holiday and will go through stuff! Drama! AVOID! or call and make sure the item is in stock! much rather they said it was on back order then saying its in stock!

Ordered parasol advised 5 in stock contact for delivery within 4 days. After 7 days nothing rang them advised it would be out within a week. One week later nothing , rang them again said they would call back in 2 days, nothing. Rang again not in stock. What a waste of my time can only hope they refund quickly …

I purchased a Maze Living sofa set from the Bishop's Stortford branch. The salesman was very helpful. The delivery was available earlier than expected so they kept the delivery in storage for me. Great range of products in store. Would recommend them.
