Easy to order, all specifications clarly listed.
Delivery was quick and on time.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the product which arose a few days after first use; called Wellworking and was offered an immediate replacement.
New item delivered, faulty item collected within 48 hours.

Incredible service!
The Wellworking team is the best Herman Miller retailer in the UK and a great local business. Their service is excellent, and because they use their own carrier, delivery has always been reliable.
They took the time to explain the differences between each chair, which really helped me choose. I initially bought a chair that was too big, but they even let me swap it instead of returning and repurchasing — something few retailers would do.
