It’s been 5 weeks and still no order!
Extremely disappointed. I paid extra to skip the queue because this portrait was meant to be a gift for my mother’s birthday. Five weeks later, I still haven’t received it, and now I’m told it will take another three weeks. Her birthday catch up will be passed by then, and I’ll have no present at all. My request to update the delivery address (since we’ll be on holiday) has also been ignored. Terrible customer service. Do not buy if you’re looking for reliability and trust! Order #35005

Not exactly the quality I was expecting
I'll first start off by saying that the service was great, nothing wrong to say there.
The reason why I only provide 3 stars is that although the picture turned into a painting looking piece of art looks nice, I find the frame and overall quality of product sort of lower grade, cheap looking a bit for the $269 high price that I paid. I personally think that for that price, it should be a much nicer , thicker frame. It kind of leaves me with the feeling that I've been had as the cost converting the picture into a painting through an App like Photoshop and throwing it in a cheap frame, should have cost a fraction of the price, like less than $100...
Anyway, the final product is not bad but it won't be going into my living room as intended as it looks a bit cheap and doesn't fit with the rest of the decor. I may have to reframe it if I want to do so.

Not worth the price
The portrait is not good quality and looks pixelated despite the checks. Colour is dull. And the process was not great. I paid for two portraits and they initially didn’t even check, combining my photos together. I asked for. A few changes and one was reversed after I asked for another change following that. Frustrating and overpriced. Order number #34842

Frustrating experience 😞
My daughter-in-law law wanted a portrait for all 4 seasons…well the fall portrait was perfect…but we went downhill from there…for the Christmas portrait…I was dark and blurry…which I could not see in the preview…they apologized and said would send me a new but it’s been 2 months and nothing but emails saying they would correct portrait… well nothing has been done….extremely frustrating 😞

The final product was great, though it took a long time to get there. There was some feedback that wasn't listened to, and it took 11 proofs to get to the final product.

It was absolutely beautiful
I can’t recommend Welham & Co. enough. I first received a custom memorial portrait of my dad as a Christmas gift after he passed in December. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect, bringing me to tears the moment I saw it.
Sadly, my beloved fur baby of 13 years passed away shortly after. Without hesitation, I turned to Welham & Co. again for a memorial portrait. The proofing process took a little longer than expected, but I appreciated the care and attention given to ensure every detail was perfect. They were patient and accommodating through multiple proofs until I was fully satisfied.
Once I approved the final version, the portrait arrived faster than I anticipated, and it was just as stunning as I’d hoped. Thank you so much for creating such meaningful pieces that bring comfort and honor to my loved ones' memories. ❤️
