Not only was the product perfect, the customer service was excellent as well! The artist was able to make several changes to items I would not have thought possible. This flexibility allowed me to use photos I love and be blended together. My wife loved her gift! I unfortunately failed to video her reaction as to share.

Overall experience was amazing
The process was so simple and the outcome was amazing. Their customer service was also fantastic. My dad opened his gift on his birthday and instantly cried. It was an amazing experience overall. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again

Really helpful
I had a bit of a problem with the system saying I didn’t approve the proof. But customer service was really great. They helped me out and made sure that my picture went through. I received the art work and I am super happy with it. Can’t wait to give it to my wife for Mother’s Day.
