The process was easy to follow and getting to review my artwork until I was happy was excellent. The artwork was for a friend's birthday and she absolutely loved it. When I had a delivery issue (friend moved house and changed address), the Team's customer service was great. Highly recommend.

After losing my Son before his second child was born I wanted to have him placed into a picture with both of his children.
Welham & Co did exactly that after I provided 3 photos and gave a detailed description of how I wanted the final image to look, within a week and with unlimited changes to the proofs I received the most beautiful and perfect image of my Son with his children.

Special occasion gift
This portrait was for a very special occasion and I was really looking forward to receiving it on a certain date. They went out of their way to up the delivery date for me so I could receive it on time. It wasn't received until 3 days past that date so I missed the special occasion of giving it as a gift. I could never get any kind of accurate update.
And then when I received it I was further disappointed because it appeared blurry and grainy looking to me.

The product itself was fine but the customer service and extreme delay and confusion with my order was horrible. Would have been nice to be able to speak to a real human and not be forced to communicate with an AI chat bot and emails.

Including a deceased loved one on a portrait
I wanted my late father put into photo of my son and grandsons. I placed my order 3 June and after approving the proofs, the final portrait was delivered 27 June and I can honestly say I’m blown away by it. It’s absolutely perfect!

Artwork creation was frustrating.
Artwork creation was frustrating as you request a change and same proof comes back from the artist we experienced. This then blows out the time frame if you are on one. No invoice provided if your an Australian Co using the services. Artwork and quality was good and to the expectation and score purely based on the artist not making the changes over 5+ requests.

In terms of the invoice, we include all billing and tax details in the order confirmation and payment receipt emails, but we’ve also gone ahead and resent them to make sure you have everything you need.

The communication is erratic and be prepared to follow up on your order, a lot. You would upload photos and then it would ask you to upload photos. After 2 weeks, i never heard from them, i had to follow up and they said they'd get started asap, the order had gotten lost. Be prepared to TIP the artist, even if you have bad customer service. The final project was good, but getting there was not a fun process.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! It's a scam!!!! There is no customer service only AI generated responses. I paid extra for skip the line and supposed to receive a quote 1-3 days. It's been a week and no response. I think it's fraud and will do everything in my power to get this company shut down.
