I’ve taken a look at your account and can see that our team has been in ongoing contact with you via email, and we’ve already arranged a complimentary replacement as a gesture of goodwill despite the original artwork being approved by you in the first place. Under our usual policy, a replacement wouldn’t apply here. However, we wanted to make sure you’re happy with your finished product.
We also recently sent you a new proof for the replacement, but we haven’t received your feedback yet. In order to make the necessary adjustments, our design team needs to hear from you. When you have a chance, please let us know what changes you’d like by replying to the proof page or one of our emails.
We’re eager to make this right for you, so just let us know the details, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, I’m here to help!

Customer service is horrible, product is reasonable though
Product quality was good. However don't even consider paying to "skip the queue". I paid the extra as I needed it to arrive in time for an anniversary. It was made quite fast, within a few days, however then it sat there completed for weeks in their shipping department without being posted. When followed up, they tried to blame the couriers turn around times and how they have no control over it, however it hadn't even been given to the courier yet. Tried to then blame it on their large influx of orders, which is understandable, so I asked for a refund only on the skip the queue payment as it was a waste of money, I may as well have stayed in the queue and it still would've been made and shipped out within the same timeframe without me having to pay extra. Well a month later, I'm still waiting on a response to my refund request which is as told was being actively looked into and I'll have an answer within 2 days. An absolute joke of a company.
*Edit because I can't respond to their reply. My refund was conveniently processed today, AFTER I left this review and weeks of chasing them up. Then they come on here with this response like it was already processed a while ago. What a joke they are

To clarify, your refund for the skip the queue payment has already been processed on our end. As we discussed previously, these refunds do require approval from management before they’re released, and then banks may take several business days to complete the transfer. I know slow refunds can be discouraging, and I appreciate your patience during this process.
If you haven’t seen the refund reflected in your account yet, I recommend checking with your bank, as processing times can sometimes vary. Please let me know if you’d like a transaction reference or if you have any other questions—we’re here to help.

Wasn’t what I thought o was ordering
As far as I was aware I had ordered a water colour portrait and all I received was a print of my picture. This isn’t what I thought I was getting and it was a lot of money to pay for a print of a picture

Stay away. Absolute Scam. I would give a 0 rating if it were possible
I would give it 0 if I could. I think I’ve been scammed. It’s been a month since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for my artwork. The customer service team is a joke. Every time I email following up they just copy and paste the same response without a real update or time commitment. Most of the time it is clear they aren’t even reading the emails they’re just using template responses and not even bothering to tailor to your specific query. This was meant to be a gift and how little care they have shown is beyond disappointing. So much for their “100% satisfaction guarantee”. Stay away.

Good Customer Service
I placed an order to have a photo of my son's house turned into a watercolor painting as a gift. They sent me a proof, which I approved. Then when I got the email that it would be shipping shortly, I check on my order only to find that the painting they were supposedly going to send was of some other house.
I immediately notified their customer service (which is no doubt an AI bot; you cannot contact them by phone or speak with a live person) and was told it would be corrected within 48 hours. It wasn't. I was then told my request for the correction would be expedited. I was told this several times over the next 5 days. Finally, with my card charged $100 and no painting, I asked for the order to be cancelled. It was never cancelled and no correction has ever been made.
Update: After posting this review, I was contacted via email by a real person who corrected the situation and refunded my money. My only advice would be to contact them by email, not the chat bot, if you need help.

A unique experience
This was a really fun experience! We just bought our new house and wanted to get something to signify that this place is now ours- and this custom art portrait of our house (and our pets) was the perfect thing. It was really cool to be able to edit the artwork to how I wanted it until it was exactly the way I envisioned it regardless of how many times it was sent back for review. In June I paid for a portrait for our wedding anniversary (and not cheap either).
First they sent a portrait that was ridiculously pixalated and when I complained they apologised and promised a replacement! I'm still waiting!
They admitted fault " as it wasn't up to their promised standard. I have given them months to correct this but they have just fobbed me off with generic replies.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF ITS AN IMPORTANT OCCASION
