Quality of the final product left alot…
Quality of the final product left alot to be desired. I feel as though what is seen on the website is very misleading. The final product I received looks nothing like the website. Dealing with Luke was good but as soon as Anna got involved it was a mess. One of the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Between the quality of the end product and the customer service, I'll never order from here again

Very disappointed in quality!
Proof was said to be ready in 1-3 days. Took almost 3 weeks. Emailed customer support with an inquiry and got a decently quick response. But the response turned into an email chain too long to keep up with and from several different people. Also said on the site that this was supposed to be a hand painted portrait… it is not! It looks like a digital print off a copier. Maybe it was supposed to look hand painted but its not that great at all. I think my wife will be happy with the thought and meaning behind it when she opens it. But as far as the product, mediocre at best. I would not recommend this if you’re looking for a true hand made picture of your loved ones. Spend more money on a better company for a far better product and experience! And now I have reason to believe the reviews I read beforehand were staged or paid for…. I was totally mislead! I’d give it less than 1 star if I could! Not sure this review will even make it on their board! Buyer beware!

As stated on our website, our artists use digital techniques to carefully craft each piece so it closely mimics the look and feel of a traditional hand-painted portrait. I'm sorry if this process was not clearly explained, and I understand how this could be confusing if you were expecting a different method.

The artwork wasn't at the standard I was looking for BUT this was 100% easy, honest and transparent. When I rejected the proofs and said I'd like a refund (which was very easy) there were no quibbles or issues and the agreement for the order was cancelled within 24 hours. No money was taken from my account up front just card details for payment later which is fair enough. Even though I didn't complete the purchase it's great to see an online business that is as good as its word and doesn't charge until the customer is happy (and gives good customer service throughout.) Five stars for openness and honesty.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND COMMUNICATION
They did not read any of my instructions, took the money for the portrait plus the extra $20 for combining photos and did nothing but send me back the worst picture I had sent them. I have requested a refund to go elsewhere. I do not recommend as their communication was horrible and no live person to speak to.

After reviewing your order, it appears there was a misunderstanding with our design team. The images from Realtor.com that were intended to be included in your portrait were not attached to your order, which unfortunately limited the design team’s ability to fulfill your request as intended.
Regarding the combined photo add-on, this fee is a service charge and is generally non-refundable. However, as a one-time gesture of goodwill, we issued a refund to demonstrate our commitment to resolving your concerns. Your order has also been canceled in our system as requested.
We deeply value your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and our service. We regret that this situation caused frustration and hope this explanation clarifies the circumstances surrounding your order.

We were very pleased with the portrait, and it arrived in time for my husband’s birthday. Although I was a bit disappointed at first because I had requested two background options but only received one, the final result was beautiful. My husband loved it, and we’re happy with how it turned out.

My husbands 70th birthday present
We was very pleased wih the portrait and did come in time for my husband birthday. The only thing I was slightly disappointed at the time was I asked for 2 backgrounds to compare but was only sent one but when it did arrive it looked nice and my husband loved it.
