This company and the salesman promised that fitters were superb and I wouldn’t know they’d been. Fitters ruined my ceiling causing damage then tried to cover it up leaving gouges and patches. He cut a section out of the back of a free standing bedside cabinet and left a load of rubbish and dust that I had to clear. I was told the fitters clean up and leave rubbish in bags by my bin. There was a lot of excess wood that I struggled to get down the stairs with. When I complained the company didn’t want to know but eventually agreed to send a new panel for the cabinet. I chased them 5 times before it arrived and then the appointment for the fitter to come and do it was made and he didn’t turn up. Still waiting. Shame as I have two friends who want fitted bedrooms but no way am I recommending this company now.

Absolutely in love with my new wardrobes. The fitter Shaun was amazing. Left the house in a tidy state and got it finished in record time. Couldn’t recommend him enough. The quality of the furniture is beyond what I expected.

Very disappointed ☹️ in this company!

Our wardrobe was installed in January this year with some remedial left to be completed later. They did send the materials for the remedial work just 3days after the fitting. I wonder how they managed to deliver them so quick.

Since delivery, we’ve been waiting till now with no fitter to do the remedial. The materials they delivered is still sitting in our home with a lot of trip hazards. My two disabled children who are very impulsive and have no sense of danger have tripped several times on these.
Does the company have a Health and Safety Officer at all?

They are just full of lies, just yesterday(28/04/2022 at 11:55am) a fitter had a conversation with me he is 40mins to an hour from my home. I wonder if he’s still on his way, and it’s still another excuse of them as an estimated time.

He never turned up. The office staff called me at 15:20, left a voicemail, the fitter has attempted to contact me several times and came to the property but there was no one around. What a joke. We have a Video Ring Bell in our property(with all past records). Nobody came around, and why didn’t the said fitter(Chris) call/text me, since he was in communication with me for the past 4days through text messages?

Kindly come and pick the materials please, as this can not continue to be a risk to my little disabled children for nearly 4months now. We are definitely speaking to our lawyers. This can not continue. All evidences kept safely.

Our house is not exactly the best for any trades to work on. It is very old and very out of level by quite alot due to subsidance in the past. By quite alot I mean like 4 inches out of level.
Due to this we were very skeptical on fitted wardrobes because you are putting all your money and faith into the quality of the build and fit.
We had Tyler from leicestershire fit our wardrobes and I can honestly say our faith in tradesmen has been restored. Such a polite and well mannered guy. Who takes his trade very professionally, every cut was different in our room but every one was mm perfect. What a fantastic job. We are over the moon.
The quality of the wardrobes there selves look brilliant and we would definitely recommend this company.

Hi I would like too say a huge thank you too Shaun worrall the fitter who’s fitted my wardrobes, excellent workmanship very pleasant and polite at all times he worked from the minute he got here until he went home he left hardly any mess at all. I would highly recommend this young man.

The end result of the build was great, but we did initially have concerns with the sales and surveyor.

Thank you to Andy who fitted the wardrobes who was both open and honest about the work and grafted until it was completed to a high finish.

I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new kitchen as it was a great experience having dealings with this company.

The requested product was not what was delivered and the quality of the used MDF is poor.
George, the sales rep, agreed to all my requests, as in to replace my current fitted wardrobes keeping the same dimensions (depth and width) in order to take full advantage of the available space. On installation day, pre-cut MDF sheets are assembled, showing that at least 30cm of empty space is being wasted between the pre-made box and the side walls. Also, a wardrobe that was 70cm deep before, is now what it resembles a shoe-storage cabinet, with 55cm of depth. The pre-made box had to me moved forward from the wall leaving a massive gap between the back of the closet and the wall. When calling the company to ask for clarifications, I was told that those are the only dimensions they work with (which was NOT what I was told by George). The MDF sheets are of poor quality and every single one of them have defects showing. A broken mirror was delivered, and the incorrect handles sent. When contacting the company to ask for justification, they just ignored my calls and the replies to the emails show no interest in rectifying the situation or even concern regarding customer satisfaction (which is understandable since they make you pay for everything BEFORE installation, and they already have your money). George is not taking accountability for his omission of information and distortion of the truth only showing that it was all about hitting sales numbers. I haven't received the refund for the handles that were sent back and they keep ignoring my emails where I keep requesting the refund. When calling the company they say "someone else will call back" but they don't. I would not advise to use this company if you want good quality wardrobes and actually fitted furniture that will take full advantage of the space you have. I have now less space than before and paid a fortune for poor quality materials.

I had 2 bedrooms fitted with bespoke cabinetry. One room we designed as a walk-in wardrobe in a lovely navy blue, shaker style along 2 walls and in a large alcove in 2nd room we had large white glass sliding doors. Cost was just under £9K, I didn’t compare prices with Sharps or Hammonds as wasn’t so impressed with their reviews and thought would they would be more expensive by reputation

I find it a it strange to pay 3 different people; ‘Wefit’, surveyor & fitter.

Very impressed with our fitter Marcin, took 5 days which I thought lengthy but as I’m renovating our new house & haven’t moved in yet it wasn’t an issue, might have driven me nuts living with it as took 2/3 bedrooms out of action.

I would recommend getting bespoke cabinetry from this company. Everyone who came, sales person/ designer, no hard sale as I knew what I wanted, surveyor, the young delivery guys and Marcin especially left me with satisfaction of a good service.

I have just had a new fitted bedroom/office - in a very awkward dormer bedroom with sloping ceilings. Tyler and Dan did a fantastic job of fitting both the wardrobes and the desk in to fit the contours of the ceiling and walls, lovely finish and fit and style and design - I’m delighted with it. Thank you.

We had a pleasant experience with'We Fit Any Furniture.' Once we contacted them, Bobby visited us and did an excellent job of explaining the process and we were thoroughly satisfied with his professionalism. Once everything was agreed, surveying was done promptly and work was done within the next 2 weeks. On the installation date, Tom and his colleague did a fantastic job to complete the job in a single day.

However, though we agreed on having a gloss material finish, on the top surface of the dressing table and the bedside tables, were fitted with matte materials. If this was instead a gloss finish, we would be very pleased. This is the only short coming we can think of, in this work.

What can I say, if I could give 10 stars for my fitter I would. We fit are a fantasic company and brilliant service from start to finish. But I can't praise the fitter enough. Andy has got to be the most skilled tradesman I have ever come across. If you could bottle his skills and sell them you wouldn't just be a millionaire you would be a billionaire. Andy is friendly, punctual and an all round genuine fab guy. If you could choose your fitter, choose Andy. My bedroom has caused him various issues with the floor and ceiling being far from square but he has solved every issue with perfection. It is a large fit and I was told by the surveyor to expect 6 working days but he completed the huge task in just 4.5 days. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. It has turned out even better than we dreamed of. THANK YOU ANDY FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. you are an asset to the company and whatever they're paying you is definitely not enough.

Amazing job from start to finish. Diane our sales advisor and Stuart our surveyor were very helpful and thorough asking about and understanding our requirements. Nothing forced upon us. We felt listened to and our specific requirements understood.All interactions with the Company in Manchester were easy and all staff very polite and attentive returning calls promptly when messages left.
We decided to have two bedrooms done at the same time and our amazing fitter Marcin was absolutely outstanding working a 12 hour day to complete one room in a day at our specific request. Marcin was attentive to our needs worked alone in the room he was working on. Fabulous man who worked very hard and went beyond normal job description to help us.Excellent throughout.Minimal mess made and great tidy up to finish. Thanks to you all. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.
