Installers did damage to my laminate floor by cutting through Antinox protective flooring and installation manager throws up a variety of non-sensical T&Cs to make out it's my fault. Then wants me to sign an NDA before they'll pay a measly half of the £300 it's going to cost to repair. I'll say no more, other than steer clear of this company aka myfittedbedroom.

We contacted we fit any furniture and Keeshak came out to see us more than once and was brilliant both times. Couldn’t spend enough time with us and gave us great ideas for what would work best. We went with nearly all of his ideas. Surveyor came and confirmed/tweaked all designs and everything fit perfectly. Everything was on time which was great as we had a tight schedule with other trades working around. Only slight downside was the attitude of our fitter which wasn’t the most professional and we had a couple issues during the fitting however these have since been rectified and the workman ship in every room is excellent. In the end we have ended up with a great product and we hope the good service continues should we need their after care in the future.

This is for anyone trying to fit their bedrooms with this company. I did three bedrooms with them after covid was over and I was told I have 10 years guarantee. Now, most of the doors and the drawers came out and broke. When I phoned the company I was told that I need to pay over £250 as their staff are self employed and to pay for item replacement . I was not told about this before I signed up in doing my bedrooms. The payment of the staff should be the companies problem and not my own. I have been trying to get in contact with them for several weeks after my initial phone call I was told someone will get back to me however I am now getting ignored and no one has phoned or responded to my email. Please spend some more money and go to a different company, this company will scam you out of your own pocket.By the way they keep changing their company name.

Just had wardrobe fitted today I have to say the quality and craftsmanship are second to none.

The whole process from design to fitting has been flawless special mention to the fitters Paul Owens and his work mate craftsmanship at its best.

Anyone looking for a new wardrobe I would definitely recommend this company on price quality and standard of fitting and how easy the process was from start to finish.

Have only gone through the design and order process so far, but very pleased with the willingness to make sure I am getting what I want. Paul the designer has be superb!

B215681, I used this company to fit my bedroom furniture. The surveyor made a mistake with his measurements. I didn’t get what was designed at the design visit. I had checked the measurements at the design point, it never occurred to me to check them again after the surveyor had been seeing as he didnt advise me he had lowered the height. When I complained by email to customer services that I had a load of wasted blocked off space above the wardrobe a guy called me and laughed and said 2 people can’t have got the measurements wrong, to which I replied they didn’t the design guy got it right, the surveyor changed it and didn’t tell me, I’ve checked the paperwork which proves what I am saying, he then stuttered about usable height and how my ceilings are particularly high (which they are not) I ended up putting the phone down on him as he was just talking rubbish. The hole point is it’s meant to be bespoke and to maximise space! The Covinish trim at the top doesn’t match the white wardrobes as it looks yellow and mucky looking and doesn’t look right. I didn’t get the handles I ordered I had to make do with something else at the final hour. I tried to request an extra bedside cabinet as I was told wardrobe door wouldn’t open with a bedside cabinet either side of the bed but it would have and looks odd with just one but they never replied to me when I emailed and asked for a price for another one. I complained again by email about the whole terrible experience but they never responded yet again. It’s a shame because the guys who fitted the wardrobes were brilliant but the customer services were horrendous so I wouldn’t use the company again knowing when something so clearly has gone wrong they just ghost you and won’t admit any fault even when you have all the proof in front of you.

The designer and fitter were first class! Completely understood what we were after, and gave fantastic service BUT I have to seriously knock down stars for delivery. It should have been a two man team, but for some reason only one person turned up. He took all of the materials to the bedroom where the fitting was due to take place, said nothing then left. Only afterwards we spotted that he'd chipped painted skirting and scraped wallpaper off the wall - he never said a thing!! That is shocking! Then to make matters worse, I received a phonemail from the designer to ensure that everything went well - I told him what had happened he said it would be fixed to our satisfaction..... unfortunately not the case. I had a call from another "manager" who advised me to get it fixed at my cost and send him the invoice, they would then refund me. That is not to my satisfaction at all - I would need to fork out initially for a problem that wasn't of my making, but down to poor delivery organisation. This has still not been fixed - I have found the wallpaper (which I also need to buy) but I can't remember the batch number that we used when the house was decorated around 18 months ago. I'm so upset, everything else was great but this has made me not want to use this company again. And we have a few more rooms we wanted done.

After reading some of the reviews I must admit I was a bit worried how our wardrobe installation would go. Everything arrived on time, the fitting was carried out in 1 day instead of the planned 2 . Everything was perfect, a few small issues were resolved the same day - couldn’t fault the overall service.

Firstly we are so very pleased with our fitted wardrobes in our bedroom. Craig the fitter started at 8am and was with us right up until 5pm working solidly. The reason we have given 4 and not 5 stars is that right at the beginning of the morning, Craig pointed out that our original wardrobe design (in our alcove) would have meant that we would have struggled to close the wardrobe doors with clothes in them on hangers because the depth was too short. This wasnt highlighted by the original designer.
What essentially happened is that Craig had to redesign on the spot to bring the wardrobe design forward (slightly out of the alcove) for a perfect fit. The quality of his workmanship is out of this world. So talented. He was on his own and he just cracked on confidently. Once finished he tidied and ensured the room was left clean. We are extremely lucky that Craig was our fitter.

Our wardrobes were fitted yesterday and we are very pleased with the look and the quality of the product. Special mention for Saj and Aaron whose sound and practical advice was very helpful. All of the members of staff right down to the delivery lads were pleasant and respectful to deal with. Our fitter Dean Walden was friendly, efficient and a tidy worker who did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

Bedroom wardrobes review
Starting with Keeshak Dawnie, the design and advice were very good. The communication from the office team was excellent all the way along. Delivery was efficient.
The fitter, Ian (Maurice), was excellent, hard-working and professional. When he'd finished he tidied up at the end of the job. Very pleased.

Absolutely appauled with the quality and service. Cheap material used with damages. Stay away from these of I were you. No customer service not even willing to acknowledge the concern. Very very upset and disappointed after the amount of money and time spent.

I would never use this company again the reception lady is very rude, I was work from when the reception lady call, I have to hold when she cut the phone off, when I try to call back, she refused to answer my 8phone calls until I used a different phone number. Very unprofessional. The designer, an India man also was very rude and ignorant, I was try to arrange a fitting day after taking most of my payment for 4 months and they will not tell me when my wardrobe will be fitted. I have called the designer to see if he can help me arrange a date for my fitting and during the conversation it just suddenly cut me off and shut down he phone and even block my phone so I couldn't call him back. Even the fitters that came to fit the wardrobe eventually, they too were not friendly people and all they care about was trying to make more money even though the fitting of the wardrobe have not been completed. The fiters very rude and try to make more money by buried all the electrical cables and up today, my electrician had trouble locating where the cables were buried. My experience with this company was that of a very nasty one with every one of them that I have contact with. Everyone the campany they are so unprofessional and very illiterate in the customers services experience. I will not be using them again and I will not be advising anybody to use them.

Sadly the same experience as with others here, poor materials used and a lot of wasted space, they look like an Ikea hack job at best. Def not worth the price tag for MDF products. Looks cheap. A real shame. Wasted £6.5k there.

I had a beautiful fitted wardrobe from this company. The process was straightforward from design to order to build and at every stage I was kept informed. Of particular note was the excellent fitter that built the wardrobe in less than a day to an extremely high standard. he was competent, polite and built the wardrobe superbly leaving a tidy room behind.

I dealt with Shehnaz and can’t thank her enough. She arranged everything and made it so straightforward. I had three kids bedrooms fitted out so you can imagine the potential problems but it all ran so smoothly. She was always helpful and made sure the job ran smoothly. The three kids could not be happier. Thank you. Highly recommended

Our whole experience from our designer Andrew through to Alan the fitter doing a really good job( clean and tidy also asking us where we wanted things putting) was excellent no pressure sales either.
We would definitely recommend we fit any furniture.
