Wardrobes fitted were not to my brief or the plans. The plans are incredibly poorly done and lack any detail or clarity including key measurements. These were supposed to be fully custom £3k wardrobes. The wardrobes I received were semi-custom at best and not worthy of a £3,000 price tag. Ikea do a similar job for £600.

First issue was the team was supposed to measure and design the size of the wardrobe. They used a too small base carcass, which means lost storage space and uneven and large voids surrounded by skirting - it looks weird. Not to my brief at all. Second issue is the fitter couldn't be bothered to cut the wardrobes around the unusual room shape per the plans, so he just installed them in-front of the room protrusion, meaning the wardrobe is fitted too far forwards in the room and it hits the light bulb when you open the door. Thirdly the fitter was incredibly impolite, left bags of rubbish on my doorstep and used my bed as his cutting platform spraying sawdust all over my personal items. I had covered the room as requested, but regardless courtesy says to cover things and ask people to move things, which would take 2 minutes, if they could be damaged, which they were. It is not pleasant having your place of sleep disrespected.

WeFit refused to correct the wardrobe issues. This was not a good experience and the final product is not worthy of the price. I have to say the finish and quality of the product is fine, but it is not the bespoke product I ordered and the attitude of WeFit after they have your money is a complete an utter disgrace. You may get lucky, but chances are there will be an issue given the plans, which you have to pay the guy for separately in cash may I add are not fit for purpose. Combined with the fitter getting getting paid regardless of the job he does, he is incentives to cut corners if it is a complex fit. He won't tell you, and will point out the good bits, so you may not realise immediately. You are relying on everyone involved to be completely honest and I've not found this with WeFit. It's not good enough for a £3k bespoke product. If it was £1k you'd accept it, but it's far from that.

We choose this company because it had lots of positive reviews, way more than it's bigger competitors.

We wanted a firm who had good communication, stuck to there promises and worked to a high standard.

So how did they fair...

Throughout the process they we contactable and replied rapidly when we left a message or emailed them.

When planning the design with the surveyor we felt listened to and weren't railroaded into what they wanted us to have.

Their schedule was kept for every step of the way.

The delivery lads we're very polite and hard working and accommodating.

But all this wouldn't have meant anything if the fit was below standard. We were assigned a fitter called Andy. He is a grafter boy to man. Great work ethic, polite, didn't tut when we were checking progress, was open to slight changes, his miters showed no daylight, his scribing was seamless, everything was level and plumb. For us this was the most important part of the process.

If I was asked to recommend this firm I would in a heartbeat.

We are so happy with the end product and can't thank you enough.

We have been very pleased with our whole experience from initial contact, quotation, sales, survey and through to fitting. Special mention for Alan, the fitter, who made an excellent job of working with our wonky walls and tight niches and was a credit to the company in leaving us with a really super bedroom.

I had wardrobes fitted into two bedrooms. All has been brilliant from the very start. Everyone I have spoken with or met has been kind, friendly and professional. The date for the fitting had to be changed but only by one day and the communication has been fantastic. Andy came and spent the full day on the two bedrooms and both look amazing! Really good service from start to finish would definitely recommend.

Had designer here then 2 weeks later surveyor came and had to tweak designer plans as he didn't take into account radiator or curtain rod.waste of time having the designer. Fitters arrived on 24.1.2022. They then had to tweak Surveyors plans. IF they had gone by Surveyors plans wardrobe doors would not have shut on clothes !!! Couldn't fault fitters Mario and his brother very professional. Contract no B223144.

We had four fitted cupboards built in our main bedroom, the salesman was brilliant and the fitters great, so good we recommended them to others.

The service was excellent from start to finish. On both bedrooms. Starting with Anthony the designer then Neil the surveyor also the delivery men and Craig who made a wonderful job on both wardrobes. Couldn't have asked for better service from them all.

The whole process was smooth and quick. From initial contact to the design. I requested some changes midway but they dealt with it professionally and efficiently. Delivery was on time and Mario the fitter was polite and built the 2 wardrobes and book shelves to a high standard within 2 days. Would definitely recommend the company as their price is also very competitive.

We had Craig come in to fit two wardrobes. He was excellent, a quick, clean and tidy worker.
We were very pleased with the whole process from end to end.

Just had wardrobes fitted in two bedrooms including one with a glamour unit which looks lovely and is exactly what I wanted. We had a slight delay of a week as the fitter had Covid so I was worried that I'd have a really long delay but they came this week and the fitter (Alan) was fantastic. He was really polite, tidy and even fixed a shelf that the delivery man had knocked slightly. I would definitely recommend Alan.

From start to finnish, design, surveyor , delivery & fitters cant fault the company.
The Fitters , Anthony Barlow & his apprentise were fantastic. 8.30 a.m start and worked all Day with proberly 5 minutes for Dinner. Took 3 Days ( Sat inc ) . Friendly, Hard working and also tidy !!

Had a quote and was told that the supply and fit about 6 weeks. The material was delivered before that. Very good delivery chaps. Next day Mario arrived and I though it will take him two days as I was told that the it was two man job. Marion just by himself started the job at 8 am sharp and rung me before that to inform me of his arrival. He finished the fitting of two wardrobes and finished the job by 2 pm and stopped for lunch for 5 minutes.
Highly recommended fitter. Great job.

Very happy with the service from this company and in particular from the fitter Alan Keen. There were a few problems but quickly resolved at head office.
The fitters came on time and let me know before hand.
Alan Keen had a tricky wardrobe to fit but managed everything neatly and efficiently, even mending the ceiling and filling in holes in the back of the wardrobe by using off cuts. I’d recommend the company to anyone wanting a good service.

Had a quote provided by Bob this afternoon and for our third time we will be going ahead with the purchase.
The process was easy and unpressured. We were given the facts and plenty of thinking time before we committed to our 3rd purchase. Thanks to Bob we got what we wanted at a very competitive price and cannot wait for the fitting to commence.

so far i am not sure if i have been scammed, the sales guy was very professional and very helpful until i made the deposit, after making the deposit he stopped contacting me and the next thing was the surveyor he did his survey and insisted i should pay him as this is how they work. I paid him and he said the company will call me and up till now i have not received any call. I have tried calling Wefitanyfurnture nobody is picking up......please be very careful when dealing with WEFITANYFURNITURE i have almost £3,000 currently hanging with them

Step 1 requesting a quote on the phone

Step 2 Mr Bobby Patel came home designed my bedroom asked all the question possible vv and got a quote. After we accepted the quote deposit was paid and finance agreed.

Step 3 Mr Aaron the survey comes to double check all the units ordered would fit in the bedroom my luck all were fitting as planed by Mr Bobby

Step 4 a date is fixed for fitting at my convince

Step 5 delivery of the furniture arranged, this was done on the day and time given (fantastic)

Step 6 fitter comes the next day after the delivery has arrived and starts the work and I was amazed how one person did all the work in 2 days (Mr Mario Stan), what a man, job done to its standard, I am shocked how fast Mr Mario was and the accuracy very professional and minimum noise of drilling and banging (fantastic)

My final word "very experienced team all round" keep up the excellent work and hope to fit my other furniture via this company.

I have this week had new fitted bedroom furniture installed. Dealing with We Fit Any Furniture has been seamless throughout with helpful and efficient staff.
I want to praise Andy the fitter in particular. He has an eye for detail and fully discussed with me what was happening at each stage. He was courteous, obliging and pleasant and is clearly a skilled craftsman who takes a pride in his work. He cleaned the bedroom well after the job was finished. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a first class fitter, joiner and craftsman.

My experience with we fit has been better than I thought it would be having read some of the negative reviews. So what's the good bit? well the surveyor, Edwin was great he knew exactly what he was doing and strangely enough he used a drawing board and not a computer. The stuff arrived ok no problem there. The fitter, Shaun was really good. Again he knew what he was doing and he did it very well. A few days after the fitting the soft close on one of the doors stopped working so I contacted Shaun, no problem the next day it was fixed. The other thing that I thought was good, I inadvertently paid £1000 to much. The phone rang and a very pleasant lady informed me that I'd over paid and that the money would be paid back to my account shortly, and it was. Now for the down side. I had some questions so I used the number that came up on the website, all I got was a voice mail box, I wanted to talk to some one. After about four tries I got this mail box is full. Having saved the young lady's number I contacted her. Not good I can understand people's frustration. The other thing is I'm surprised the the company hasn't responded to more of the negative reviews. Had I read the reviews first as I should have done I would probably gone else where, Hence only 4stars.

To be honest relied on my son in law to find the finest fitted bedroom, he is mega fussy. After seeing the the results in his new extension had no hesitation in booking a visit for a new fitted bedroom. From start to finish a great experience ( sales, survey and fitting) , kept in touch with the progress of the Job , was originally booked for after Xmas but rang to say a slot was available on November.
Our fitters Bob and Brett texted to confirm that the room was clear and would arrive at 8.00.
Never stopped to 4.00om.
Fantastic job , room left clean and tidy.Looks amazing.

Had fitted wardrobe installed.Very happy with the result and was also impressed with the customer service.Was given specific names and phone numbers which put me straight through to that person who was always friendly and helpful.
