She explained everything & listened to exactly what I wanted. The website is absolutely perfect, a complete dream. & web discussed how to move forward when business progresses. Disappointing SEO and Web Design…
Disappointing SEO and Web Design Experience
My experience with this company was extremely unsatisfactory. I was initially attracted by a persuasive sales pitch, which promised comprehensive SEO management and a full redesign of our business website. Their guarantee of impressive results within just three weeks instilled confidence and encouraged me to proceed with their services.
However, the initial web design delivered by the company was poorly executed and fell far short of my expectations. Despite spending several hours outlining my requirements and clarifying exactly what I wanted, these discussions had little impact on the final outcome. After this disappointing experience, I felt pressured into agreeing to a new design, which resulted in additional costs. Even after nine months, there was no improvement. Despite their continued assurances, I chose to invest further in enhancements to both the website design and SEO services. Unfortunately, these promises proved to be hollow, as no tangible changes were made to the website. Ultimately, I found myself £1,600 out of pocket on top of my initial web design and hosting package, with nothing to show for the investment.
The initial web design provided by the company was poorly executed and failed to meet expectations. We have since reverted to our original website design, which speaks volumes about the quality of their services.
Website Transfer and Final Resolution -
Following our decision to return to our previous service provider, we were notified that a £50.00 fee would be required to transfer our websites. Despite this initial demand, the transfer was completed at no cost to us, with no assistance from Webahead. As a result, we have left the websites developed by them for their disposal.

Julie was very diligent in following up with me weekly while I drafted the content and the finished website looks fantastic. Edits were no problem and dealt with promptly. We’re happy that our website design was a bargain.

Alisha was a great help and done a brilliant job at creating my business a website.
The whole process was smooth and seamless and I am veey happy with the results. I would definitley recommend webahead and Alisha specifically to anyone wanting a website built, I was given multiple chances to make last alterations and was never made to feel like a burden in any way.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the website that’s been created for my business. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional and incredibly well organised.

Great customer service with personal…
Great customer service with personal 1-2-1 support. I went to Webahead with my established business but no website and no idea what I wanted or needed. Their team had the inspiration and patience to guide me through the process, out the other side to a finished product I am really happy with. Human beings actually answer the phone when you call their offices, without a long automated gatekeeping system, which is rare these days. Also, the editing functionality to request/make changes to my site is super easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Webahead :)

The website design was economical and the end result was good. However, the top end SEO package I purchased was a complete waste of time and resulted in no work.

Great website build
Such a good experience, even when at first I thought it was maybe a scam (it wasn't!) Vicky Went through everything and had a fantastic website built, looks so professional, explained at each stage what was needed and price. Explained about extras if I wanted to but no pressure to add and Vicky checked on progress regularly and helped with reviews which made the website look better. Great price and no hidden charges, definitely felt looked after and now have a shiny new website without the stress.
