Webahead were brilliant
Webahead were brilliant, especially for someone who is not tech-savvy!
I’ve had websites built in the past by other companies and the process felt long and stressful, but this was the opposite, everything was done quickly and exactly how I wanted it, with very little input by myself.
Shout out to Alisha (my account manager), as she was very friendly and prompt at answering any questions I had, it was great to have an actual personal contact on the end of the phone! I will definitely be using Webahead for other domains and hosting needs, highly recommend!

My experience with this company and Specifically my web manager (Arran) was amazing, he made the whole process of building by website very simple and was extremely understanding and clear with all available services and gave me regular calls and checkups to inform me about the process and check in and I had several opportunity's to change my website to how I like it.
I can't reccomend this company and Arran enough.

Amy, our business support manager, was incredibly helpful in supporting The Edventure Project with our website updates and development. What started as a few small tweaks quickly became a much bigger project as our community evolved and we expanded our offer to better support local families. For this reason we had to go back in house for website.

I knew getting a new website was something my travel business really needed to improve visibility, but honestly I felt completely out of my depth and had no idea where to start — or whether I could even afford it after seeing some of the prices out there.

Great experience working with Julie to create a website for my business. I've had brilliant support all the way through, with every thing being explained so I can understand it. All options have been fully explained and explored, and while there are lots of optional extras that can be added to your package, non of them are forced on you. Cannot recommend highly enough. Webahead built my online store, and I couldn't be happier with the result!
I first crossed paths with Vicky at Webahead about two years ago — it was only a brief telephone chat at the time, but she left a real impression. She was warm, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. When I was finally ready to take the plunge and build my online store for Boho Kasbah, selling original Moroccan products, there was really only one company I wanted to call.
From the moment the project got underway, Vicky was with me every step of the way. She kept communication clear and consistent, made sure I always knew where things stood, and never made me feel like just another client on a list. The project took just under three months from start to finish — longer than I initially expected, but every bit of that time was necessary to get things right, and I'm glad we didn't rush it.
Communication throughout was excellent. Vicky and the team were always reachable — whether by text, phone call or WhatsApp — and response times were never an issue. That kind of accessibility really puts your mind at ease when you're in the middle of a project like this.
Josh handled the build, and he was fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what I was going for, and translated that into a store that looks polished, professional and true to the brand. Every time I flagged something or asked for a tweak, he was on it — no fuss, no pushback, just results. The finished store is genuinely something I'm proud to send people to.
The wider team at Webahead were equally impressive. Everyone I dealt with was professional, responsive and easy to work with.
If you are looking for a team that will treat your project with care and deliver something you'll be proud of, Webahead are the real deal. Highly recommended.

Over the years I have had no luck with websites. . . .but now I finally feel I've got the website I always wanted!
When I first contacted WebAhead I didn't really expect much - I'd seen a 'build your website for free' offer and was curious.
I spoke to Stacey who was so knowledgeable and helpful. She said she could create me a free website, but the website I was transferring from was quite large so one of their other packages would possibly suit me better.
There was no hard sell, there was no pressure, she answered ALL of my questions (she has the patience of a saint because I had A LOT of questions), and gave me time to think about what I wanted/needed.
We found the right package for me and the process has been so painless (from my side). Stacey and the team have helped me every step of the way, with all the bumps that came along. I was able to communicate via email, phone and text. . . she held my hand every step of the way.
I now have a brand new website that I am SO happy with. It finally does everything that I always wanted it to do, and I know that if I need help in the future that there is a great team behind me.
