Good shampoo and conditioner bars. I didn’t have a lot of breakage like I used to.

This company is fraudulent. Please do not buy from here. I have not received my order at all not even a notification from Royal Mail and Celeste is trying to convince me that my order has been delivered when my order status still says on its way for over a month now. Please avoid ordering from here. They are stealing your money.

Unfortunately, this product completely damaged my hair which led to me needing to cutting it all off. My hair began to break so bad that I was left with the middle section of my hair very short and patches of short hair and oncoming bald patches throughout my hair. My hair was extremely dry, no matter how much I tried to moisturise it, nothing helped. My scalp was very tender and constantly itchy.

I've sent several emails including photos of the damage and still awaiting a response to my most recent one. This is a serious matter, I've had to cut off all of my hair which was healthy prior to using the products.

I'd be very careful about using them.

I never received my order, and they do absolutely nothing to reimburse me even though I've asked several times.
I ordered in May, we're almost at the end of the year, still nothing, and the worst thing is that they contact me to say they're sorry but still no refund seen

I placed an order, I sent an email last week to ask when I'll be receiving my order. I was told there was a problem with the system.
I'm still waiting for my order.

I’ve been waiting for my order for a month now….. I ordered on the 20th of September it’s now the 21st of October…. This is disgraceful…

Hi brought this for my partner as his hair had broken and was thinning. He used the first bottle and saw amazing results and I have since ordered him 3 more !!

I placed my order early September and had not received by first week in October! I reached out to the Customer service and was told about system's issue which had just been repaired by the 3rd week of September, I waited another 1 week and having heard nothing from them, I had to ask for a refund in October. It also took a few days to even get the refund processed. I am still waiting to get the credit. It has never happened before though, so I am wondering what is going on too!!!

Cannot fulfil orders properly. Terrible customer service, super disrespectful and unprofessional communication, I don’t think they value their customers. They are also incredibly spammy, once you purchase it feels like you are being stalked by a weird creepy cult which is suddenly appearing everywhere. Ironic as trying to get info (on nearly a month) late orders feels like an impossible quest. It is a shame as some of their products are really nice. But as a company there is a disparity bw the image they portray and the reality - I honestly don’t trust the integrity of this company and am reluctant to support them financially going forward.

Please do not waste your money. You will pay for very expensive products that you will never get.

01/10/24- Royal Mail still not received the product

03/10/24- messaged the company. Got a reply same day and provided all the information they requested.
Since then I have messaged multiple times and been left on read.

They do not care about consumers!!!!!

It took over two months to get my order. When I sent an email inquiring about tracking and my order I did t receive a response. It took 4-5 times to send an email before a “bot” sent a non informative email saying nothing.
