Alles perfekt, ganz toller Service, kann ich nur empfehlen! Die Wolle ist von sehr guter Qualität, lässt sich prima verstricken und die Färbung ist einzigartig schön!

Ultimately, We Are Knitters DID take care of my issue and sent me a new order to the correct address. It took some perseverance, but they did make it right. Thank you, We Are Knitters!

I placed an order and LITERALLY 5 seconds later realized that the incorrect address had auto populated in Shopify. I sent an email immediately upon noticing this. After no response for a few hours, I attempted to chat with the bot on the website and it sent an email to the company. The response I received the next day was that orders in an advanced state or after shipping cannot be modified. But I made this request when the order was 5 seconds old, not in an advanced state. I am very disappointed and now cannot get my order.

It’s sad, when you want to buy a pattern and you can‘t get it without yarn. The available colors of the yarn are very limited and the customer service isn’t helpful at all for finding alternatives. Looks very stubborn to me. I thought they want to make money with their business. Not very professional!

Leider sind die schönen Farben immer ausverkauft und wenn man den Kundenservice anfragt, wann sie wieder vorhanden sind, wird man vertröstet. Es kam nie wieder in den Verkauf, das stört mich, diese Unehrlichkeit.

Prompt response to my question

This is an update. After leaving negative review here someone from the company finally reached back out about my refund and the return. I returned the item, waited for four days from when the post office delivered it and had to email again to get the refund processed. Overall disappointing product and service, I would not order from here again.

Depuis que j'ai commandé les kits, j'ai énormément progressé en tricot, merci beaucoup!

WAK sent yarns from different dye lots in my first kit order. I sent an email via the WAK website and received a professional, friendly response within 48 hours to remedy the situation, including options. That said, the quality and color of the yarn (two colors in this kit) is quite poor. The cotton feels cheap, is substantially thinner than that featured in the photo of the Venice Tee that I ordered, and the color is weak and washed out. Given the cost of the kit at almost US$80, I don't think I will be ordering from WAK again.

Mi piace, perché e moltissimo WAK, perché innanzi tutto sono molto gentili e fanno in modo di risolvere i tuoi problemi. Poi arriva filato (sempre bello). In quantità più che abbondante. Non si è costretti ad acquistare i ferri se li hai già e detraggono il costo dall'importo. Se perdi il PDF delle istruzioni online te lo reinviamo gratuitamente e subito con gentilezza. Sono sempre disponibili per eventuali problemi. L' unica cosa che io vorrei è avere di nuovo le istruzioni stampate.Col mio primo ordine di poteva scegliere, pagando una cifra irrisoria. Mi piacerebbe che fosse ripristinata questa pratica modalità. In conclusione: bella puattaform

Fabulous customer support!! I received a pattern that is done with a chart, not written out. Charts are impossible for me due to an eye condition. I emailed to ask for a return and they offered me another pattern, written pattern, and a free skein of yarn due to higher requirements needed. Now they would have taken back the kit, however, I wanted to knit! And they solved my problem. So excited to get the package and begin to work. Thank you!!

My customer service experience was very positive. I had two questions about yarn supply and pattern adjustments. Each enquiry was acknowledged and within 24 hours I received an answer to both queries. The response was friendly, helpful and prompt. I look forward to my next Son cardigan project!
