My experience so far is really good . I hate emailing but they have no hotline for call outs . I thought it was going to be like every other site no call back . They emailed me back right away and stayed in touch . So for me that is incredibly positive so thankyou .

problème de teinture
En tricotant mon pull je me suis rendu compte d'un problème de teinture 'bobling'. Le service client va me renvoyer 2 pelotes. Il faut quand même détricoter et retricoter, mais c'est sympa de leur part.

Misleading yarn colour and description…
Misleading yarn colour and description for the Cotton Aquamarine. I have bought a lot of yarn online over the years and this was the worst discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual yarn colour that I have ever experienced (I checked on different screens before buying to try to avoid any surprises). Unhelpful customer service with bots and generic responses. Lots of marketing emails.

As discussed with our Customer Service team, you can of course return your order and get a refund.
Make no mistake
I ordered a bunny kit and within less than a minute I realized I had the wrong address. I tried to cancel, I called customer service a was told nothing could be done. This was in less than a minute. I’m out the money and will never see the kit. Never ordering again.

I love these kits
I love these kits. Beautiful yarn, lovely pattern with super-easy instructions and the finished product always gets loads of compliments. I’ve started knitting them for my family now.
