We Are Knitters Recenzje

I received excellent Customer when I had a question about my delivery date. Product is exactly as described and pictured, I’m very pleased with it!

the yarn had multiple knots in it and was delivered in a brown box.. it was raining when delivered yarn and paper with pattern code wet.. deliveries need to be sent in better packaging.

Customer service is A-1! I got a response to my inquiry within 24 hours and they provided exactly the information I needed. I would highly recommend We Are Knitters to anyone - beginner or experienced!

Ho ordinato spesso da questo sito....i filati sono molto belli e di qualità....i pattern molto chiari. Il servizio clienti poi è molto competente e disponibile.

I’m not massively impressed with the value for money or the delivery time. Because it’s a digital pattern, which I’ll have to print out myself, I’ve basically just paid 60 quid for four balls of wool. That doesn’t include any needles either – and I got a discount! I think that’s quite disgusting actually.
It also took well over the amount of time they stated on their website to arrive – it says 5 to 6 days for delivery to the UK and it took 12. When I contacted customer service about this, they got back to me quickly but didn’t offer any compensation or reason for the delay. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from them again.

Großartiger Kundenservice, tolle Wolle und tolle Projekte! Sehr zufrieden!

I love the concept and kits are a great way to get the pattern and yarn all together. Thank you for being WAK!

The team was super quick and effective resolving my problem.

Great shop! The yarn quality is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding - fast, helpful and very professional. Highly recommended :)

The customer service was great. After not seeing an update after I ordered, I asked a customer service agent in a chat for information and they were able to do so. Then they emailed me back when there was a change in order status! Just received my package, 6 business days later (in Canada)!
Yay! Can’t wait to start!

I like very much your products. They are goood quality and so beautiful. My wip bag is very nice very smart and performer. Only I just find everything honestly a little expensive. I know the products are high quality but just the same you just can't buy so many of them. And in regard to may wip bag I expected some little gadget as a present for the purchase which with the expedition meant quite a total.
Anyway I like your products, I don't know about your tutorials yet, but I'm sure they are great too.
With greetins,
Victoria

As a beginner I have found the patterns easy to follow with great results. Also 'We Are Knitters' have been very quick to resolve any problems that I may have encountered, they have dealt with my problems always to my satisfactory.

Quite responsive to my needs which is great! but I had to come up with idea to buy the kit which includes a pattern and knitting needle versus buying 6 individual skeins of yarn for best value. Still, I am very pleased no problem with ease of return and new purchase. Thank you!

Thank you for bringing this matter to your marketing dept. My friends and I will be interested and we hope you don't raise the price of your kits and keep each skein cost reasonable.

I use the customer service to get help with a free pattern and I am really satisfied with the service.

I love this company and am happy with the items I have bought.
