Years ago, I ordered knit-kits with WeAreKnitters for my knitting group, and we had so much fun! Over the years I bought the yarns in the store, and the quality is amazing.

But now I ordered online again for the first time in years, and it was far from great. It was difficult to find the available colours for the patterns, but I managed after some time. The colour examples are also very small so it's difficult to imagine the final product.

Then it said it would be delivered for Christmas, which is great as I finally had some time to get creative! I ordered on Dec 14th, and the Christmas holidays came and went, without wool.... I reached out twice over the holidays as I stayed home on 2 days as I received emails that the delivery was on its way. Nothing was delivered on both days, and I heard nothing from WeAreKnitters. Ultimately, I received my parcel on January 7th.... within minutes I also receive a message from support saying it was delivered. Why no answers when I reached out?

The patterns come by email and not in the kit. It's ok, but I would have paid extra to have it printed. I want to be offline when I knit and not look at a screen all the time. Maybe offer both options?

I received one free crochet hook and the needle is about to snap in two just by looking at it. Terrible quality and it contains loose wood. It would damage the yarn if I were to use it.

Although the yarn is from the same batch, there is a significant change in colour between the balls of yarn in the kit.

The wool is still amazing, but I will not order again... Too much hassle for a relaxing activity.

It took me two months to receive both the kits I bought. Terrible experience.

Continuano a fare saldi su pochissimi filati che hanno in magazzino. Non si riescono a finire i kit perchè manca il materiale e per loro stessa ammissione non lo riordinano. I progetti di maglia sono davvero miseri rispetto a quello che propongono fuori Europa. Pessima esperienza.Lasciate stare.

Truly bad customer service. Hard to follow the content of the email that is regarding the actual issue since you are bombarded with links. Still waiting on the help I initially sought almost a month ago.

My order was lost. After I reported it, they searched for it immediately and the employee(s) went to great lengths to find it! Unfortunately, the package did not turn up, but I got my money back without any problems, as the wool was no longer available. Great team with a lot of passion! Thank you again for the great support!
I have loved the wool and the excellent instructions for many years and knit almost everything with these products.

How can WAK ask for review when I have not even been able to place my order? I have contacted customer service and must wait up to 48 ‘working hours’ for their reply. I’m very disappointed!

La plupart des produits sont en rupture de stock, cela est révélateur d'une cessation d'activité. C'est dommage car les laines étaient de très bonnes qualités.

Commande passée un mois avant Noël 2025, toujours non reçue le 11 janvier 2026, sans motif ni information. Il serait bon d'informer ses clients lorsque le coloris commandé n'est pas disponible. Un petit peu de réactivité pour un peu moins de commentaires négatifs ... Commande parfaitement conforme reçue à la mi janvier 2026. Nous commanderons la couleur souhaitée à l'origine lorsqu'elle sera disponible.

Ich habe schon öfter bei we are knitters bestellt (Anleitungen benötige ich als erfahrene Strickerin nicht). Vor allem die Petite Wool gefällt mir, weil sie ein unvergleichlich angenehmes "Klima" macht. Sehr warm und trotzdem ausgleichend. Allerdings pillt sie extrem (wirklich extrem), was ich jedoch in Kauf genommen habe.
Sehr genervt habe ich mich in den letzten Monaten (November, Dezember 25). Ich hatte nicht genug Wolle für ein Weihnachtsprojekt, aber Nachbestellen war und ist bis heute nicht möglich, weil fast alle Farben von Petite Wool ausverkauft waren und immer noch sind. Gleichzeitig kam fast täglich Werbung für irgendwelche Sonderangebote.
Ich finde das unehrlich und nicht kundenfreundlich.
