Relentless Knocking of door!!

Not actually spoken to Watsons Pantry, they have been relentlessly knocking my front door though!!

3 times today, I’ve been out at work so couldn’t answer. Why do they need to or think it’s acceptable behaviour?

It puts me off straight away, first impressions and all of that!!!

Rude and pushy

Rude and pushy! Kept repeatedly coming to my house and ringing the bell (when I was out at work!) when I got home I answered and the woman took my phone after I scanned the QR code and adding stuff to the basket, then said ‘you get 20% off if you do it now, that’s what all your neighbours are doing’ and went to checkout! I said I already told you I wasn’t placing an order right now I wanted to look on the site and browse fully. (I’d probably have ordered quite abit!) after I said that she said ‘fine’ and stormed off. Disgusting practices and not a way to get customers.

Ridiculously rude sales tactics.

Came in from work today and my partners just told me a door to door seller took her phone off her and started putting in an order for her without even asking if she wanted to do so?? Not to mention clicked on reveal password! Then, to top it off, when my partner said she'd no longer be buying anything at all and also mentioned it was the wrong side of payday the sellers response was to 'go get a credit card'! Looking at the many other 1* reviews this company should absolutely be reported to trading standards. Disgusting.

Trying to see my passwords and my credit cards

When the girl came to the door she started to walk me through the steps via QR code she seemed lovely until it came to creating an account and buying items there and then. She was pressing my phone which was in my hand and she clicked the ‘reveal’ buttons on the passwords I was planning to set for the account? I pulled away from her and told her I was no longer buying it there and then and besides it’s the wrong side of payday. She said “well go get a credit card” if this is before even being a customer 👎 no thank you

Watsons Milk delivery's

I have been very pleased with the service I have received.The milk in delivered on time and I have a game of finding the milk as the delivery staff very kindly hid it so the sun can't damage it I would recommend them in an instant.Thank You WATSONS.😀👍

l talked with the guy to send me only one time to see quality of the product but they start to send regularly without my permition and l told them to send whole milk they send semiscimmed every thing is wrong.

Not interested

It's 2025, get flyers or let people sign up via the QR code I had to scan 5 times! Knocked on my door twice on a bank holiday! Chap was nice but it's just rude to do d2d on a bank holiday.
Or just let people order when they feel like it, don't push people to buy now so the sales person needs a confirmation order number.

Ive tried to cancel my order

Ive tried to cancel my order, delete my account, and called them but they hung up, they keep on trying to take my money when i don’t want them to deliver any more service to my house.

We sign up as a try after lovely lad…

We sign up as a try after lovely lad knock on our door. We usually use competitors but cheaper prices with Watson encourage us to try. We have been told everything will be delivered from local farms. To our surprise milk was nothing different then store bought and nowhere near from midland’s and eggs have been from Cornwall. Do not use if you like your local fresh milk. They just delivered store bought items with their own label.

Intrusive Cold Calling

Continuous cold calling from 4:30pm to after 8pm in one evening. Repeatedly rang the door bell and rapped on the door but left before I could answer each time. It seems like the sales people went up and down the houses on the street pressing all the bells and leaving without waiting for an answer.

At one point a sales person just stood on my doorstep for several minutes in front of my window on her phone.

I have already had 2 cold calls from this company previously where I spoke to the sales person and declined.

Knocked on my door seven times

Knocked on my door seven times this evening, left so quickly the first three times i missed them, have since been ignoring the door as seen the same lady on camera every time. Ridiculous and intrusive, do not give them a penny.

Just signed up!

I haven’t had a delivery yet as today, I signed up to this service for my mom when the lovely Gia knocked on her door. She explained the service and showed us how to sign up and make our first order. She was lovely and polite the whole time. Thankyou for helping us and making our day that little bit better!

Don't sign up when cold called!

Signed up via somebody knocking on my door. Wish I hadn't. First delivery didnt go well - promised delivery by 7am by 8.30am still no produce.
Called and told it was out for delivery but running late! Asked to cancel my account and all future orders. If you can't get the first one right then it's not going any further. I was told someone would call me back to cancel my account - NO CALL BACK!!! I will be calling again and will definitely NOT be recommending the company to friends and family. In fact I will actively tell people to avoid this company.
Lesson learnt - don't sign up at the doorstep!

Deliveries to the doorstep :)

Rumie knocked at my door at approximately 8:30 pm. This wasn't a problem. It's not too late, and it's a good time to catch potential customers. It also showed me that Rumie was promoting Watson's Pantry because she believes in them enough to work into the evening to spread the word to the public about the potential of a valuable service, much the same as the local milkman previously did, and Watson's Pantry brings back a similar service.
Rumie was an incredibly personable young woman with a strong sense of integrity and common sense, which shows through when she's discussing Watson's Pantry. I would recommend trying this service and seeing the benefits of milk doorstep deliveries.
