Jeg er ked af, at vores levering ikke forløb som forventet.
Jeg kan se at du har valgt hjemmelevering og at GLS dagen efter du har bestilt er ude på adressen for at levere men der var ingen hjemme. Så de tog den med til nærmeste pakkeshop.
GLS skal stå på matriklen i et minut og derefter tage et billede før de kan få lov at omdirigere den til pakkeshoppen.
Jeg har sendt dig billeder af chaufføren der ringer på døren samt står ude foran adressen.
Jeg er virkelig glad for at høre at vores produkter ikke skuffede - det er trods alt det vigtigste 😋

Delicious lollies with awesome service
The product that arrived was awesome, perfectly packaged and tasted great. We had some customs problems that they quickly sorted for me and were really friendly in the comms. Big thumbs up.

Delivery was extremely fast and gummies itself are most delicious what I've had in recent memory.
Of course they are expensive than regular store bought gummies, but taste of wally and whiz are in totally different level.
Will definetly buy more in future!

The outer package wasn’t protecting enough
I wished they had packed it more thoughtful than how i have received it.
The gift was not isolated enough so the design package was damaged. So not usable as a gift anymore… 🙁
i don’t like to give damaged gifts. It is an insult in our culture when giving damaged gifts.
The branded package was too fragile to be put in a box without protection. Bubble wrap would be an better solution.

Excellent customer service. In the new 30 pack of mini bags I received today, there was a flavor I hadn't heard of before (Quince) and now it's my new favorite. Now I'll have to buy the big cubes of that flavor because I can't get enough of it!

I'm really sorry you did not receive your goods. I am here to help!
As mentioned in our email conversation, the address you gave us to begin with had Denmark as country of delivery. We therefore contacted DSV (our shipping company) and told them to redirect the package to Norway. And then we thought everything was good, until we saw this message here. I can't see where the package is right now, but can you please write us at info@wallyandwhiz.com and let us now if you still want the goods, then we will simply send your order again from our warehouse, so we are sure you get the order within a few days. I hope this will be a satisfying solution for you! :)

Mega lækker lakrids
Mega lækker lakrids, dog havde jeg ønsket, at når man bestiller salmiak, at der var et hint af noget stærkt, men det var der ikke. Men mega fedt at der lå et lille spil med. Alle de der små ekstra ting som bare gør, at man bliver glad i låget 🥰🥰
