Ordering was easy and it was delivered with speed; wish the inner wrapping was recyclable instead of the usual polystyrene but other than that, it's lovely.

A very good looking fire quickly delivered. The item was double carboard box wrapped and a good job because the outer box was badly damaged and not sealed, The top of the box not fixed with tape and open. Once opened completely and inspected for damage the fire was tested and then fixed to the wall.

Great product with great customer service the product arrived exactly when we were told it would. Great, prompt communication. What more could you want!
Will definitely use this company again in the future should the need arises.

I was reluctant at first to buy from an online retailer with no obvious business address with which to make contact if required. Eventually decided to buy using mastercard so had an option for recompense if it all went wrong. It didn't. Took literally minutes to install and looks and works great. Am now considering another purchase. Pity there's no option to add a photo.

Really great quality fire so far and fit easily.

Ordering and delivery pretty straight forward, however, upon delivery the packaging was damaged via what appears to be a forklift impact. It was also incorrectly loaded on to the pallet even though the box clearly indicated "please keep this way up"!
Not had the opportunity to open the box and unpack the fire as not due to be installed, but there has been some damage made to an internal part which was visable opening the top of the box. I made this known also with all photos attached and asked for a replacement part, but still no response which is frustrating to say the least. I am sure when installed the fire will be lovely just disappointed with the lack of customer service regarding the damage and incorrect shipping handling
