I bought a "2020 NEW PREMIUM PRODUCT 26inch Black Wall Mounted Electric Fire with 3 colour Flames and can be inserted (Pebbles, Logs and Crystals)!

It arrived very quickly, was extraordinary well packed and protected with very good instructions for installation. (note that if fitting inserted into the wall the dimensions need to be very accurate).

When the fire came, it was exactly as described. The fire looked the same as the picture did. This is unusual because the picture usually looks better. Very pleased with our purchase. Packaging and Delivery were also excellent. Easy to use remote. Colours and pebbles look great. Very happy with our wall mounted fire which has the look of a more expensive model. Thanks.

Good delivery service. Had problems at first to get the heater started. But telephoned your information desk who explained how to operate the fire heater from the remote controller. All Ok no problems. It,s a good slimline wall mounter electric fire

Arrived 2 days after ordering. Very securely packed and exactly as described on the website. Love my new fire. Fantastic service. I had tried to purchase a fire from a local fireplace shop and was told it would take up to 6 weeks because of covid!!!

Very pleased with this wall mounted fire. It's stylish and good quality and has a good choice of effects. I've been looking for a fire that emits heat from the front for a long time, and this certainly does the trick. Most tend to emit from top or bottom, restricting the positioning as large gaps have to be available. This front heat is perfect. Thank you

I am very pleased with my wall mounted electric fire very easy to fit as I am not one for DIY makes my room look cosy and warm. I do have central heating but having that extra bit of heat in the evening is a welcome. Well packed and quick service. Great value for money for a little luxury.

Fire choice and delivery was excellent.... very quick.
My only issue was the name of your site which put the initial email confirmation in spam!

The fire arrived after only 5 days including a weekend , and was fitted using the online instructions within 20 minutes, as there was already an electrical supply there.......instructions to operate are easy on the fire and the remote.
I only have one issue, and that the fan sends the heat above the fire into the air, instead of below the unit, therefore not warming where you need the warm air, at low levels where you are seated , or laid.
Warm air rises so why blow into the area where it will naturally rise towards.

Excellent transaction been wanting an inset flat fire for a while . Did all the usual looking online and settled on the 26" 2020 from this company.It was delivered next day as promised in a very well packaged double box system. Removed fire and plug in for a test run(I cant install until after christmas) what a brilliant fire it looks amazing and so easy to use either by control on fire or remote control. Very pleased and cant wait to install.
