We had to change from a gas to an electric fire. Initially disappointed that we had to wait longer than expected for delivery due to COVID issues around imports but arrived just before Christmas and chilly nights. Really pleased with look of fire and have come to like the multicoloured effects. It is a little noisier than we thought when on but you do get used to it and not as bad if other things , such as tv or music on as well.

Despite being in the middle of this pandemic I have to congratulate them on a swift and uncomplicated delivery,. Having used the product over the last month or so, everything works as described.

Amazingly helpful service. I lost a remote control for our fire & couldn’t source until found Chris & his team at Wallmounted fires. Despite the lockdown he was able to source the remote & even posted an alternative in case the first one not compatable. Was equally really helpful & responsive when discovered located in the Channel Islands & helped ensure reached me. Cannot fault.

The fire was easy to mount but does need 2 people.

Excellent service. Delivered very quickly. Haven't fitted yet but had it out of the box to make sure all working. Looks great! Bought when deal looked good and price was about to change. Disappointed that the price went down. Weeks later it went back up again then down again. Keep an eye on price don't be suckered into buying when it says price will change on a certain date. If you can wait study the site.

Excellent fire and excellent service from the company. We had a few questions before ordering and these were answered very promptly via SMS text from the MD of the company.
The fire has finished off our lounge ....very happy indeed.

We did a lot of research into these types of fires and the one we chose from Wall Mounted fires seemed the best quality all round and a very fair price. We were not disappointed, it is a lovely fire, very good quality, easy to fit and looks great, it’s everything we wanted.
