This company is not reliable. I have ordered 2 items and waited for the parcel for a month. Have never seen the package, but they said it was delivered without any proof. Customer service is 0/10, very unprofessional, disrespectful and untrustworthy. AVOID!

Var i tvivl om det var en fake side og/eller noget lign. WISH, som tager flere mdr.
10 dage efter bestilling havde jeg mit produkt og virker umiddelbart hel fin.
Så selvom lidt længere levering end lovet, så er der ingen tyd på snyd.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der haarlänge und die Farbe hat auch sehr gut gepasst. Es ist leicht zu tragen und nicht unangenehm.

Ich habe über Wallfree einen Astrolyte Astronauten bestellt und dieser wurde laut Benachrichtigung auch versendet. Bei der Lieferung ist dieser jedoch augenscheinlich verschollen und Wallfree hilft trotz mehrfachen Mailkontakt nicht weiter. Solange ich das bestellte Produkt nicht geliefert bekomme, kann ich nur einen Stern geben. Als Kontakt Nummer hat mir Wallfree 040 593 551 111 gegeben, was mir leider auch nicht hilft. Keine Empfehlung von mir!

Update: Wallfree hat sich gemeldet und wird mir einen neuen Astrolyte zu schicken. Darum bin ich zunächst ganz froh und hoffe, dass dieser zeitnah geliefert wird.

Leider zweites Update. Trotz Zusage, dass mir von Wallfree nun ein Ersatz geschickt wird, passiert seit dem nichts mehr. Auf erneute Nachfrage bei dem Service, wird nicht geantwortet.

Was lange währt wird endlich fast gut. Es wurde tatsächlich nun ein Ersatz zugestellt. Der Karton wurde leider demoliert geliefert und ganz Formstabil ist der kleine Astronaut auch nicht. Ihn in den kleinen Ständer zu stellen erfordert Kraft. Damit er vernünftig hält klebe ich ihn zusätzlich fest. Aber zumindest funktioniert er und würde mir, nach sehr viel Ärger und hin und her, auch geliefert. Erst nachdem ich hier eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben hatte. Ich setze das nun auf 2 Sterne hoch und rate eher ab hier zu bestellen.

Ordered some hair extensions from Wallfree. Shipped and received within a timely manner. What arrived was not the same colour as my hair however, I emailed a week later after receiving my package and they kindly offered a free replacement. Would highly recommend and use again. More than happy with their service

Just received. Long shipping, but at least it came. The iLock is great and would definitely recommend it! The printer is perfect in size and very convenient. The pictures it print does not have the best quality, but I love the fact that it's a sticker! Over all pretty satisfied:)

I recently purchased one of the hair extensions and some of the ilights.
The costs were so reasonable and I was so pleased with the quality, a lot of people have admired the extensions to my hair, thinking they were natural 😊

what a perfect service! im shocked, couse i dont know this high level of service in my country. i hot the wrong color and the company, gracfully didnt make a big deal out of it and willing to replace it with the wright color ammidiatly. WOW!
