Poor customer service
My purchase took more than 3 months to ship, only after I had few unsuccessful contact attempts with the support team and wrote a bad review assuming they were a scam.
Sadly, it took the bad review for them to finally act. After that, the shipment was quick to arrive with good looking products.

Commandé et bien reçu le skylight. A plusieurs reprises j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a toujours répondu pratiquement instantanément, ce qui est rare. Toujours obtenu des réponses claires et véridiques...c'est à souligner le sérieux,merci.
Le produit est arrivé dans un emballage tout à fait correct et assez rapidement au vu de le période de fêtes.
Je recommande sans hésitation et encore merci.

Be aware, even though you pay in £ and they are registered in the UK, they ship from China. Just a typical false website sales/ordering scam.

I received the projector this morning…
I received the projector this morning and tried it out and was absolutely bowled over by it especially for the price of it. I'm glad i ordered two as one is a Christmas present. Will definitely be ordering stuff from Wallfree again.

Une commande Skylight de 45,86 euros qui n'est toujours pas reçu et qu'ils ont décidés de faire comme si le colis était bien arrivé , il y a un sérieux problème.
La commande est faite pour la naissance de ma petite fille et c'est inconcevable.
Bonjour, j'ai enfin reçu le colis que j'avais prévu et payé ( la lampe visionneuse de diapos ) apparemment c'est toujours le même colis qui a le Soucis(vis à vis des avis ).
Je n'ai pas encore essayé le matériel car c'est un cadeau , je verrai bien quand ma belle fille réceptionnera le cadeau.
