The picture was delivered very…

The picture was delivered very quickly,the packaging was excellent.
I was very pleased with the quality of the picture .
It colours were true to the on line picture which is not always the case .

XL print with a lovely frame.

The parcel arrived quickly, much sooner than I expected. It was well packaged, nice and light so easy to put up. The picture looks great. I must admit to being disappointed a little with the colour but that’s my error. The advert says a mustard/yellow but the pictures in the advert looked more of a gold colour. My picture is definitely shades of yellow.
Good product and no complaints.

Just a poor company to deal with and…

Just a poor company to deal with and wouldn’t advise to purchase from them. Recently refurbished my house and had bought a picture from Wallfillers , unfortunately when it turned up it didn’t really look like the picture advertised and my partner wasn’t fussed on it - send an email explaining this and was happy to have a store credit or choose a different item from the store - this was declined as I was outside the 14 day returns policy by about a week. I then replied to the email weeks later and was told that I should I could have had a replacement but now that too much time had passed despite the product in it packaging and not been touched.
Just find the customer service and stance bizarre as I’ve had similar experiences with other art companies and they’ve been happy to accommodate requests. Unfortunately will never use the company again nor recommend.

While we understand your disappointment, we want to be completely transparent that we apply our terms **consistently and fairly to all customers, without prejudice**.

For clarity, this order was delivered on **7th August**. Your initial return query was raised on **30th August**, 23 days after delivery, which was outside our standard **14-day return period**.

We replied promptly on **1st September** and explicitly declined the return request. At no point in that correspondence did we state that an exchange was available.

There was then a further **30-day gap in communication**, after which you contacted us again asking us to make an exception specifically for you. By this point, nearly two months had passed since the original delivery.

As a fellow business director, we note from your own business reviews that you also operate within clear policies and guidelines designed to protect your businesses and ensure consistency for your customers. We therefore trust you will understand the importance of us doing the same.

We were particularly disappointed by the proposal that the negative review would be removed **only if we made an exception to our established terms in your particular case**.

We cannot accept this approach. We are always happy to receive genuine customer feedback, whether positive or negative, but we will not amend our policies or make an exception in response to public feedback being used as leverage.

Our returns policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, while also protecting the quality and resaleability of our physical inventory. These policies are applied equally to all buyers, regardless of their circumstances or status.

We have carefully reviewed the correspondence and timeline, and our position therefore remains unchanged.
