One of the products was not as described on the website. It was neither the same shape or the same colour. They acknowledged this in their email to me and said they would ask their web editor to update the description. This is disingenuous as they know their descriptions and images to be misleading. The second product was faulty - a pair of trousers with a like of stitching across one of the pockets meaning you can't put anything in there. Clearly they make no effort to inspect their products for quality. After I received the products, I had to check that this was actually a legitimate business and not a scam. Surprisingly, it appears to be legit, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I originally ordered a jacket and trousers that unfortunately were too large. Since the trousers were hemmed, they would normally be non-returnable, but Walker Slater's customer service was extremely helpful and flexible. They explained the situation clearly, offered a partial refund, and supported me through the exchange process. I’ve paid the difference and I’m now waiting for the new set. The quality and attention to detail, both in the clothing and the service, fully deserve five stars. (Edited)

Excellent products both in style, fabric, and colour.

Browsing the Walker Slater website is always an enjoyable experience although the recent update to the website does experience the odd teething issue. Placing an order is even more satisfying although there can be issues if purchasing using a card, PayPal is usually the best way to ensure the order is placed and accepted. My order for a jacket and two shirts was accepted and paid for and I am delighted to say that all three pieces were perfect and have been added to my growing Walker Slater wardrobe. Delivery by DHL is always reliable and the items are always well protected and packaged at despatch. Doubtless I will be looking at the range again as the seasons change. Thank you, Walker Slater, always a pleasure to buy from you.
